Whew. Volume Seven is up and running. August 2011 was apparently a very prolific month for the Slender Man creators' community - 199 videos in this volume, posted in the 20-odd days between the 8th and the 31st. This volume again has one empty slot, to provide a space for the TJAP video "The Dog" if it ever sees the light of day again.

Series debuting in this volume include: Dark Butterflies (technically the first episode got shuffled into the end of Volume Six, though), The Abbey Diaries, Urban Vortex, BlackNoise0, Paranormal Investigation, and Silver Selenide.

EDIT: Playlist Volume 8 is now live. This one covers the period between August 31st, 2011 and September 25th, 2011, and again contains 199 videos - one slot is left open for TJAP's "VID10046," in case it gets restored someday.

New series in this volume include: Fracture Practice, PRiFReal, Punishing Prometheus, All in the Water, and SAVE THE ARK.

Enjoy!

lol, my terrible videos are worthy of your playlists XD

But, real question: Are you using anything for references to find all of these channels? Like my list or are you just kinda finding them?

And, if you don't mind, I'm gunna toss these on my list :3

I'm using my subscription list, which has pretty much everything. I've built up that over the years through a combination of things - YouTube keyword searches, trawling back through this forum's archives and checking all the trailheads, identifying certain YouTube accounts as being very likely to subscribe to Slender series and scoping out their sub lists, etc. I didn't make use of the list you have posted here because I didn't want to have to filter out blog-related stuff, but I know for a fact you were one of the people I made use of on YouTube - I went and checked pretty much every channel your account is subbed to and found several really obscure series that way. ^_^

EDIT: And of course I don't mind! Smile

Absolutely. Like I said, my main goal with this is actually to drive traffic for lesser-known/underappreciated series, which I think is something we can all get behind. Smile

Speaking of: Playlist Volume 9 is complete and ready for viewing. I'm realizing that I underestimated the number of videos I'd be dealing with; we may be looking at more like twelve volumes by the time I get current. Anyway, here are 199 episodes taking place between September 26th, 2011 and October 28th, 2011. One last time, there's a blank spot, left for the final TJAP episode, "Answers," in case it gets put back up.

Series debuting in this volume include: Odd Enough Dreams, Project Croatan, Overlooking South Maywood, and xThisDoesNotExistx.

Enjoy!

The Complete Slender Man Mythos, Volume 10 is now available for your perusal. These 200 episodes fall between October 28th, 2011 and December 5th, 2011, a bit of slowdown in production that might be attributable to final exams. Wink

This volume introduces: Clover in Chicago, The Lodmoor Incident, The Undecided Five, Afraid at Home, EricW484, and Octarine Night.

Enjoy!

Sorry for the delay, I've been a bit busy. But here is Volume 11 of the Big Slender Man List. This one has 200 episodes and goes from December 4th, 2011 to January 12th, 2012. Hey, we're at least in the proper year now, only a few months to go to catch up to the present!

Series getting their start in this volume include: Coyote Is Awesome, Daniel Soares, Just Acquaintances, and Gerry's Hole.

Sorry for the delay. My Internet's been kind of funky for the last week (router "upgrade" that wasn't really). But this is a pretty big update so hopefully that makes up for it.

* All eleven existing playlists got messed up somehow, affecting the ordering of the videos. All of those errors have been corrected.

* Six "newly discovered" series added to the spreadsheet, three of which had to be retroactively inserted into the older playlists. As a result stuff has been bumped down, so if you're looking at this thread and you see that a series didn't debut in the list I said it did, it's because it got bumped into the next list.

* Brand new lists have been added, Volumes 12, 13 and14. This brings us to a total of 2800 videos, with the most recent being from April 10th, 2012. My estimate is that I will reach the present with Volume 15, unless I am pointed at more series I don't know about or there's a massive upswing in current productions.

Here's the link to the directory of all 14 current playlists.

EDIT: In addition, I've spruced up the channel's "featured" tab so that it's now featuring a random batch of under-appreciated (ie, low subscriber count) series. Check it out and give some of these folks a try - and if you like them, subscribe! I'll switch out the featured spots periodically.

Enjoy!

Double-posting just this once for a special announcement: this project is "complete" - in scarequotes because all that really means is it's done until the next time someone posts up a new episode. But still, that's just maintenance. The bulk of the work is done. Please do check it out, and hopefully you'll discover some hidden gems and new favorites.

Creators, if you have a new series starting up, feel free to drop me a line here or via youtube (or via Twitter, @topher_g) and I will drop your channel into the lists, providing an additional or alternative trailhead.

Also let me know if you find any mistakes. >_>

Anyway. Have fun, slenderfandom.
