Possible cod arg New call of duty arg? Alright I'm new here so constructive criticism. But while surfing YouTube, I watched FPS Russia's video on a drone of some sort. It was sponsored by Activision, the people behind COD. He has a shirt with the word Tacticus on it, which is away from his trademark of wearing shirts that he sells. A day later, tacticus.com was launched, with a brief description of what the "company" is. It also has a stay tuned message. So I don't know. Possible game? Hopefully so.

I will point out that the youtuber WoodysGamertag was the one that figured it out, though his prediction is off. But hey, its a start.
I'll keep track of it to see if it evolves.
Cheers.

Alright I just checked out the links. After doing a quick look around, the domain registers administrative email is elegantscienceSPLAT gmail.com.

I got curious, and looked up elegant science. I found this quickly.

Looks curious to me. I'm going to check into the email for it. Seems to odd to be coincedental.
But thanks for replying. Probaly would have been stuck on square 1 with the domain names. Haha need to learn that stuff. Otherwise, cheers and the best of luck that this follows through.

Alright normal yet, but another thing that points towards the tacticus theory. This might very well be a call of duty arg. Check out the link.

It is one f the classified documents. It briefly says tacticus. Cheers.

Just to get myself involved, Tacitus is Latin for 'silent'.
Also, I read something about this NOT being for being set in the same era as Black Ops, but in 2024.
interesting.

September 27th 2012 is my prediction for a possible launch date, or something happening on that day in relation to the game.
Mainly because Cornelious' solar eclipse happened on that day.

I just heard word that there may be another gknova6 thing going on for the next COD. I figured I'd check you guys out as you were the leading edge last time (before people knew it was COD). I think that was 90% of the fun, being pre-cod. If this is obviously COD, and the answer will be a trailer and release date, do you think people will play again?
Note for Admin: If this type of question is not allowed, my apologies, and please feel free to delete this post, I've not been here in a while.

Thanks to both of you. I don't think the launch date may be on that day, but it may very well be so. Just a quick update though, it seems Activision announced that it will be a near futurism cod, which may or may not be bad. However the tacticus website got a slight change to it, in the form of the phrase "black ops 2 weapons manufacturer in the game. Not us."

Elegant science is still quiet so wondering if it might be a dead end. Not going to give up that easily on it though. I just hope that it isn't just a trailer or release. It would be cool to have another ilovebees, even if it is unlikely. One can hope haha.
The whole silent translation could be corresponding to black operations, which is already certain.
Well for now, the best of luck to you guys. I'll be responding later if anything comes up. Keep up the good work.
Cheers.

Alright seems like there might be an update. Call of duty.com has another one of the confidential windows uncovered. Seems to be a bunch of numbers. Thought in may be an IP address at first, but might need someone more experienced to discern it. I'll look around with it, but here is what one of the stills looks like.
34.D46660.-CBE.28C7C68D1
Here is what the official still looks like.

You can find it also on the main site of callofduty.com

I will warn you before hand that several of the digits shuffle between letters and numbers. Makes it sort of confusing, but otherwise, that is the main update. Good luck, and hopefully you can unravel this latest clue.
Cheers.

Looks to me like it could resolve to a lat/lon coordinate (your period before the dash is really a comma). It would be 34 degrees lat and at least -100 degrees lon, likely somewhere in the western half of the US. Could easily be Los Angeles (E3?).
ETA Google puts the Staples Center at 34.0431° N, 118.2671° W, pretty close so far.

That it is. The thing that is puzzling me is it almost looks like that numbers of the actual coordinates and the letters in the actual clue would match up. Maybe a possibly, albeit an unlikely one. The staples center is pretty much near where E3 is hosted, correct? Like you pointed out, it may be connected. The thing that is weird is I don't think that the cooridinate part for the "D46660" exists. The coordinates don't go that specifically high. Ah well, good luck to all who try to solve as always. May 1st is coming closer. Haha
Cheers again.

Just waiting for the next clue, scheduled for tomorrow/ 1200 tonite. Maybe we can get further in than a company name and a coordinate close to e3 staging area
Cheers

There's a new one today. It's an animated gif that scrolls the text "THE ENEMY COULD BE ANYWHERE AND IT COULD BE ANYONE" over the course of 16 frames. There are two interesting possible clues in there. 1) A timestamp that rolls across the bottom, starting at 00:00:03:23 in the first frame, and then jumping to 00:00:04:00 in the second frame, and incrementing by 1 each frame up to 00:00:04:13
The second thing is the way the text is spelled out. As it scrolls up, the last letter rendered is sometimes incorrect. The frames that have this read:
"THw
"THE ENEMY COUz
"THE ENEMY COULD Bq
"THE ENEMY COULD BE ANYWHo
"THE ENEMY COULD BE ANYWHERE AND IT COULh
This might be the beginnings of a substitution cipher, or simply trying to make the animation look cool. Just figured I'd point it out.

You're absolutely right, in fact. They swapped out the animated gif that was there before, and now it's one that, after a few frames, resolves itself to 34.040063, -118.266846231
Plugging that into google maps gives you the corner of W Pico Blvd and S Flower St in LA, conveniently about a block away from Staples Center, the LA Convention Center, etc.
