Hearing a few people rant about how much they didn't like this entry makes me love it a whole lot more because I'm realizing how wrong they are.

Okay, so like. Tim. Is just. Eyes and coughing and nightvision and terror and wow, I suddenly admire him more now.

As for speculation, like I said, not really much to go on, but I have a feeling the next entry will be coming pretty soon; or it at least opens doors for us to see more tweeting activiteh. I have a feeling that Tim is going to recollect his original motives for not wanting to go to the annex in Entry 56, and is going to be hesitant to show it to Jay as a result. We can all see that he's a pretty accomodating guy, though, so I think he'll pull through for us. I hope he doesn't end up going there and then end up, like...having a Masky seizure or something.

Also, something that seems obvious to me: Alex did not want to kill Tim the first time. The fact that he was using a visibly lighter weapon pretty much proves that, and it says to me that either he is in somewhat control of himself and didn't want to commit this first dasterdly deed or whatever to his full extent, or him and Oppy wanted him alive for the time being for some reason. There is also a possibility that Jay was wrong, and Alex being there had nothing to do with looking for Tim. Kind of doubt that, though.

Also, the Operator was just sitting there, just like...looking at him. I mean...eh. >_<

So I'm going to try and go back to sleep now. There better be thrity pages of discussion when I return at a more reasonable hour this morning.

He'll probably use the "still trying to finish Marble Hornets" excuse, because god forbid anyone be absolutely candid with each other except when all other options have completely exhausted themselves.

Also: My subtitle "Jay Makes Terrible Life Decisions: The Series" grows more accurate by the day. Do you really want to go to the abandoned, burned-out hell hospital with the possibly mentally unstable guy with a history of violence towards you? This is your brilliant plan?

Tense, creepy, poor Tim.

And, although I hate to say it.... The figure did not look like either Alex OR the Operator to me.

It had EYES. As a matter of fact... thick dark rings around it's eyes. Not like glasses. More like a mask.

I will give Marble Hornets credit on how I love that over the course of the series we've gone from loving and hoping Alex is okay, to hating him; Hating Tim, to loving Tim. All while Jay just derps around la de da and making terrible life choices the entire time.

And I'm still crushing on Jessica.

I have my odds and ins about Entry 26. I have always wondered whether tta intercepted the package first and "modified" the Help Tape before leaving it on Jay's doorstep.

- The "Skully" that appears.

- The Alex clip seen here (which, if we see here and happens around the same time, shouldn't the footage be on TIM's camera?)

- The awkward style that the "HELP" message appears at the end, that we associate with tta responses.

Well, that was brilliant from start to finish � Tim really is a fantastic actor, isn't he? God, the coughs�..Ohh�and the figure, something new to speculate on Smile

As for the whole Tim becoming Masky thing�.I'm content to wait. I thought it might happen this entry, but I'm not overally fussed that it didn't. I'm content with the journey Smile

This season just keeps better and better Smile

'Sup guys! Randomly checked to see if Jay tweeted anything and saw the new entry up. (Don't you just love the feeling of a new entry?)

First, obligatory "Tim was so awesome and this was horrifying". The atmosphere and tension are just so amazing... I felt so bad for Tim. Crying or Very sad

Moving on, allow me to post my newest theory:

*Ahem*
The reason Alex was hanging out in the annex is the same reason Alex was hanging out in Rosswood at off-peak hours; mysterious slendy-reasons. Why did he attack Tim? The same reason he offed Bruce; Slendy-rage.
Unlike Bruce, however, Tim survives his encounter somehow. Tim knows what happened and Hoodie joins him. But what of the timeline?
...Something interesting I noticed... Assuming Seth's demise is part of the hospital trip, that means that Alex's "Departure" would've happened very soon after Tim gets out of the hospital and Alex finishes his Operation.
What am I getting at here? Alex left town because of TTA. Alex gave Jay the tapes to hide them from TTA. Jay's ENTIRE journey started on the heels of Alex hiding from victims he failed to kill!
He's afraid of them because they know something. And what does TTA know about? (come on class!)
THE ARK
The annex must have the ark. After Team Maskie went on the offensive Alex ran away with it and, sometime during S2, hid it in the remote corners of Rosswood. (and probably took off with it again, considering he's MIA right now.)

I do think Tim may be the best actor of the three.

But I'm with people who cite this as a disappointing entry.

Overall, I really feel like that the MarbleHornets' crew strength lies in short, episodic things. I mean, on its own, this was a great entry- Tim's a great actor, it's a very tensely directed entry. But, it still doesn't bring us any closer to any answers, and is just another random tape in the scheme of things. Sure, he said he didn't want to go to the annex but then did anyway, but can you really blame the guy who just woke up in the middle of nowhere after dark because he got thwacked in the head by someone he thought trustworthy for going back on his word?

*shrug*

It's just another filler entry that does not drive the story forward at all, and it seems like there's too many of those. The rest of the entry is strong, I'll admit that much.
