My team is doing pretty well on it. However, the only trouble we're dealing with is the coded message.

I'm not sure what I'm supposed to be looking at since the Ascii translates to NW.

But then I see we also have a star chart

And now I'm beginning to think it correlates

but anyways, I just wanted to check in and ensure you that I'm still apart of this.

 		Hi. Learned a remarkable amount while solving PR's latest puzzle & he's agreed I may give some direct prompts w/o giving away the name of the Operation he seeks:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
1) The jpeg constellation is the Argo Navis. So, "Argo/Argus" is key as well as some research about its mythology & its associations HERE

2) The hidden ascii coords are: 36 3 N 4 45 W in the Alboran Sea. Checking out exactly where they are & using Wiki to research the Alboran Sea is key.

3) 88 is not only the nbr of constellations in the sky but also X in decimal. There's a key X-marks-the-spot element about the game Clue & also the Operation itself.

4) The Operation takes place before November 13th (our email date) but something important resulting from it occurs on that date.

5) Peacocks (from various PR clues) are a "are a symbol of royalty & eternity" and the name of the Operation reflects that word.

ETA: In hindsight Pietro's puzzle prompts posted on the previous page (ahaha for a tongue-twister) are also quite helpful. HTH
