Did anybody notice that both the link in the new folder and a file in it are called "strigoi"?
It's from Romanian mythology and means either poltergeist or vampire.

 		Strigoi doesn't seem to be a password. It hasn't worked for me. Speaking of not working, has anybody else noticed that the videos at Milena's FB page won't play? I emailed her 3 days ago and haven't gotten a response.

And where has Jabroni gone?

 		Still sticking around, but I haven't done much lately. I got stuck on the trout fishing puzzle and wasn't sure what else to try for the next password, or the other password protected file.

 		Another name rises from the ashes!
I'm into the next folder. It's all about the postcard.
Before:

The front of the "fly fishing" postcard appears to have yellow lines criss-crossing the
lower left corner.

After:

By darkening the yellow you can see letters that spell either "WHO" or "WHC"
or "WHG". Also the "W" cuts through all of the flies except #6. #6 is called "MickeyFinn".

The password for the next folder is "MickeyFinnwho".

 		Nice job noticing that. Using the last folder's audio file, you can unzip the new video with the password

The text file is some clue to unzip the other password protected file but I can't make sense of it. I took a few screenshots of the latest video, see here: http://imgur.com/a/dg5ez

The screen shots are: some document mentioning Charles Cullen, an image that looks like a bat or stake on the wall (Frat guy), possibly a genie lamp or teapot or hat (comedian), braille (rumi) that looks like gky jqj. The last 2 dots seem to be nothing, they stand for italicized letters.

Edit: I also noticed some extra files in the ".trashes" folder in the dmg file. I checked all of the dmg files and there seems to be only these 2 extra images. They are in the last 2 files:

Double Edit: One other thing. I think the code in the text file could be related to these ascii codes. Scroll down to the C0 table. I'm not sure how it would convert to a message though.

The image with the comedian looks like a butterfly (there was one on the dead.letter postcard).
The file name of the video "EwuzPqqbqef" ROTs to "SkinDeepest". Another screen name for one of the people in the videos?

The two pictures have Jack Miller in them. The second picture shows the guy who did the card tricks before and is in the DgYu_909 video. I don't recognize the other guy.
Looks like they are doing some sort of bio-feedback.

 		The new text file is called "fwefer3". The last unopened RAR file is called "3rfwee". I'll bet that solving the text file will open the RAR.

 		I took the text from the new file (fwefer3) and did what Jabroni said. I translated it into ascii. The Acro, Symb, and Name columns didn't look like anything. So I stayed with the numbers, Dec and Hex. They both gave the same results.

"NUL -ˆC NUL ˆG – ˆC ˆD ˆF ˆF NUL – ˆI" becomes "0-03007-030406060-09" which googles out to nothing.

So I looked at some other ascii charts. Most don't have a zero in front of the first 9 digits. So it's not "01, 02..." but simply "1, 2...". Now the text becomes "0-307-34660-9". Which as it turns out is an ISBN number for a book by Max Brooks called "World War Z". And so I found the solution to opening the 3rfwee.rar file.
