 		The video is also at Milena's FB page http://www.facebook.com/pages/Bristel-Goodman-Documentary-Film/161811360515250?v=wall Someone is obviously sending her the videos after we unlock them. But more importantly I have made my way into the next folder (NyteRuler). Here's the solution:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
ModalRealism gave us Jabroni. The text he couldn't solve (oajcsq) had been encoded with a Vignere cipher with Jabroni as the keyword. The original text was the word "failed". The password to open the 4th folder is "Jabronifailed"
I'm working on the audio file now to see if I can unlock the newest .rar file.

 		The audio file NascentVirilityOp from the third folder (PiousHeart_01) was easy to crack. Just play it backwards, the message is:

"This transmission is probably being intercepted. Do not re-broadcast. 3, 2, 1. Continue all surveillance on subjects (garbled) Do not. Repeat. Do not engage. Channel all data (garbled) pipeline. (Glitch) Encryption is vital (glitch).

Once again the solution is an anagram of the file name: NascentVirilityOp = Encryption is vital

This opens the video file Pmdwmxxk16 (which ROTs to DarkAlly16).

Another good one NS! I'm getting involved with the Jack Miller material. I think the RHINO program that Jack Miller was/is involved with is somehow related to Bristel Goodman. His story begins in 2001 with the emails to his wife. He is working at the NSF (National Science Foundation) and his brother has died in something related to 9/11. He becomes disillusioned with his job and begins working at the CIA in the Remote Human Imaging Operation (RHINO). The blog pages are some sort of history/confession:

The file dates suggest that he started the blog in 2007, the high point of the Bristel Goodman ARG. Is this the Bristel Goodman back-story? Was Eddie involved with RHINO?

I googled "Jack Miller" CIA and found this https://www.cia.gov/library/center-for-the-study-of-intelligence/kent-csi/vol45no5/html/v45i5a02p.htm a CIA document about the connection between the CIA and the JFK assassination. Clearly the Jack Miller in this document is not "our" Jack Miller, but maybe his father?

 		hey guys
Havent been active in a while, family sickness, as usual I have nothing to add, but wanted to say you guys are doing a great job, for somebody like me, who more or less reads these threads to get the story, i think this is awesome.

I notice they are mentioning key players, jimbooze, jabroni, britney(sp) might be a part of some code, she was a HUGE poster back when Bristel was going.

 		The file "otp11_15_07.jpg" from the newest folder seems to be a One Time Pad (otp) from 11/15/2007. Has anybody tried to use it to decode some of the early video clues?

Using the One Time Pad from the new folder, as LoveTick suggested, I looked at the first video Eddie received in Dec 2007. Milena has it posted as BG #1.


The numbers from the first image are 72, 67, 96, 13, 84, 15, 21, 38, 35 and they loop. There is no way to be sure where to start in the loop. Starting at number 72 the translation from the OTP is: "WHOARENTI". ROT Cipher got me nothing. So I tried starting at different numbers in the loop. Starting with 67 I got: HOARENTIW. Starting with 96 I got: OARENTIWH, 13: ARENTIWHO, 84: RENTIWHOA, 15: ENTIWHOAR, 21: NTIWHOARE, 38: TIWHOAREN, 35: IWHOARENT.

72 could be Who Aren't I, 13 could be Aren't I Who, and 35 could be: I Who Aren't


The numbers from the second image are 21, 15, 96, 72, 84, 13, 35, 38, 67. They are in order and spell out: Neo Wraith.

Since the numbers used in each image are the same, just in different order, they have to be anagrams. And just like IronWheat, they are anagrams of Nora White.

Lovetick - I think you left out a word from the RHINO acronym; it's actually Remote Human Imaging Network Operation. I'm not sure if that sheds more light on anything. "Remote Human Imaging" sounds like it could be a reference to remote viewing. A network of remote viewing? Viewers?

In Bristel Goodman there was a prominent screen name "RHINOJOCK27". I don't think we ever found out who that was. Somebody named TJ claimed to be RHINOJOCK27 but was later exposed as a Game-Jack. Though not everyone believed that (especially not brittany). This year TJ Booth sent Milena a postcard. We discovered that TJ Booth was killed in 1998 by the Smiley Face murderer. There are a number of smiley faces in BG. Was the Smiley Face murderer RHINOJOCK27? Did he kill Nora?

I've also been reading the Jack Miller blog and, if true, the government continues to be involved in things like telepathy, psychokinesis, and remote viewing - like the infamous CIA run Project Star Gate that ended in the Mid-90s.

He blogs about his involvement studying "remote viewing" while working at the NSF and mentions MKUltra (The CIA's behavioral modification program that subjected uninformed subjects to experiments with LSD, sensory deprivation and other forms of torture to "manipulate people's individual mental states and alter brain functions.").
