Clues from the 4th video Pmdwmxxk16 (which ROTs to Darkally16)

The first text (Tbena Fgnatregm) ROTs to "Goran Stangertz". He's a Swedish actor/director.
That's all I have.

The next text is yrgfjinom and anagrams/ROTs have gone nowhere. If this is another Vignere cipher
what's the key?

Hi everyone. I happened to login for the first time in a long time and noticed I had a PM which brought me here.

I mainly came here to say: I did not fail! The original BG was a horribly run ARG with no direction, no real clues, no storyline, bizarre character interaction, etc. You can't even really call it an ARG. The PM, Richard Ramsdell (pop57.com) had no idea what he was doing. He probably didn't even know what an ARG was when he started, then once UF picked up on it he just went along with us and tried to make it up as he went along. Unfortunately for us, he did a terrible job and wasted a lot of people's time. I don't mean to discourage you, but just a head's up. It's really unfortunate because he had a lot of unique ideas that I hadn't seen in other ARGs, and he had a way of making it much more realistic than most. Probably too realistic, since it had no direction or plot.

That being said, I am a glutton for punishment and noticed you guys have a few unsolved directory passwords, so I'll probably take a look and try to help out.

Edit: I don't think his has been mentioned in the thread, if so I apologize. I found this file by going to the eddie directory (it wasn't password protected):

The file is empty but I'd guess the file name is related to a password?

In the latest video, it sounds like there are some numbers being read (while Rumi is on the phone). Possibly in German, but I don't know the language.

I'm pretty sure there was never any mention of a smiley face killer back then, or smiley faces in the videos. I could be wrong though, it's been a few years.

I guess I don't know for sure that he was the pm, but I know he was heavily involved. Based on his personal site, I'm pretty sure he designed all of the in-game sites, just based on the structure of the websites and coding style. Just as an example, all of this stuff you guys are decoding now was done on a mac computer and he uses mac stuff. I'm a programmer so to me that seems rare, but I guess it's not that uncommon in video production. He has decent web design/video production/art experience if his website is true, and at once time his site listed bristel goodman as one of his sample works.

My guess is that the aim screenname Rhinojock27 was truly a game jacker, but wayisnoway is/was Ramsdell's aim account. I recall at one point the aim profile image was Ramsdell himself. He used that account to communicate as Eddie Dees to me, towards the end of the "game." He broke a lot of arg rules to make it seem more real, like acknowledging what I said here on uf and using it against me.

Anyway, if you guys are interested in seeing the site as it was back in 07, I noticed that the way back machine has a lot of captures of the site:

Strange that the Smiley Face reference goes so far back in the ARG. Does this mean that the smiley face murders are connected to RHINO?

I found the source of the audio with the numbers being read. It's an old German number station.

I've tried using some of the keywords on there to decode yrgfjinom with Vigenere, but no luck yet.
