Zion Archives HEX lock on the Matrix site solved

Here's the kicker, the Matrix site is updated.

It took me a long time but I found the solution to Zion Archives Hex lock puzzles. But once you get through it's quite easy actually, as it guides you through. Still got something to solve though and I couldn't get through them. I'll post where I am stuck after the spoiler.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
First go to "Breaking News".
The first hint is Nov 6th.
and it's:

Path/ViaRevolutions/ThirdSlot/top/EmbeddedDVD/0x(31)+0-F/ZionArchives

The solution is that when you hover on the 3rd slot of the 1st row of the Revolution tab you get a hex string:

0x0AC01BFA

Write it down.

Here I've also noted a hint by highlighting right above Nov 6th but couldn't find anywhere to apply this, maybe I need to buy the soundtrack?

Then note down the hex string in Nov 18th post:

0x3195a3f6e72b543c6977da16e7895b3e

and also note down the configuration of the hint bar below it (set of 3).

Follow it by clicking on the block at top left with the yellow light and then click on the square. The square will then open into a green square. Click on it.
After that, put in the switch combination shown in the picture:

01101111

(note: It is actually a binary for 111, as NEO, and 111 = 7)

The green light will light, click on enter.
You will now be presented with the 8-bit code panel, just follow the chart and input the 8 numbers after "0x". It so happends to be:

0000 1010 1100 0000 0001 1011 1111 1010

Jot the chart down if you don't know binary too, it becomes useful in the next step.
Green light will blink, click enter.
Now the 128-bit hex lock panel will show.

Put in the 2nd code 0x3195a3f6e72b543c6977da16e7895b3e, which translates into:

3195a3f6
e72b543c
6977da16
e7895b3e

Which creates (get ready for this):

Bank A
0011 0001 1001 0101 1010 0011 1111 0110
Bank B
1110 0111 0010 1011 0101 0100 0011 1100
Bank C
0110 1001 0111 0111 1101 1010 0001 0110
Bank D
1110 0111 1000 1001 0101 1011 0011 1110

(Note the green light will flash before the last character is inputed. But unless you input the correct "E" binary, it will only show you "previews" of what's inside the Zion Archives.

Click on Enter.
And Voila, you're in Zion Archives.


But once in, I still got some problems.
4 of the locations are locked, and I can't find a way to unlock them.
If you follow the game and compile all the items you'll only get 168/170 item that's because:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
The area behind the council room ("Chamber Rear" I think) is not on the map and you'll need to actually navigate there using the Quicktime VR, in it are the last 2 items to compile.

But even after I got all 170 items I still couldn't unlock them.
Anyone gotta clue?
Maybe the locks are time released? I've scoured everywhere in Zion Archives but couldn't find how to get around to unlock them.
I'm completely stuck after spending at least 30 minutes trying to solve Zion and another 45 min endlessly wondering around after I've found all 170 items.
Help?

I've been able to access not unlock a location that I suppose to be one of the 4 locked location.

Not directly but by the doorway
You could access to "Park" using one of the door
