Image?
This image pops up once you type in Orleans...what now?
EDIT: This image seems to be talking about the life of Joan of Arc. She was once a ordinary farmgirl who recieved visions/premonitions from God in the 1400s regarding battles that were going on at the time (right panel) and lead to her winning many victories for the French during the Hundred Years' War. One of her major victories was at Orleans (left panel). She was later burned at stake for practicing witchcraft.

Re: Image? I found the name of the author who did these paintings: Jules Lenepveu. The two paintings are part of a series of paintings called Legend of Joan of Arc and they are on display in the Pantheon of Paris.

As Far as the seal goes:
The matches are for Touch Industries, the first item on their matches page is "Firestarters"
The Backstage Mix Tape is from Carrie 2: the Rage
The tape under that one has an 18 or 81 on it (Mile 81?)
Leningrad (the picture is a diorama of the siege of Leningrad in the Central Museum of the Great Patriotic War in Moscow) and the previous made me think of Srazhenie which is an animation of a Stephen King short "The Battleground"
That's a lot of Stephen King references....
[Stephan King and the expiration date lead me to http://www.kingsfair.com which starts July 5th this year... but despite the fact the site code has a pile of Latin in it.. I think it may be a red herring because the address is a real place, and therefore the site may be legit and Out of Game]

Joan of Arc was burned at the stake on 30-05-1431
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
If you've gotten to the "System Ready, enter passcode xx-xx-xxxx" for Seal 3, that's the code. It lead to the "TRANSMITTING DATA TO AGENT MASSING
WAITING FOR VIDEO FEED" message from a few days ago. Emailing Agent Massing lead to more clues.
Here's a good walk-through for Seal 3.

Ah hi, thank you for calling me back so fast.
It's very is serious. No, no, no, it's really serious.
I didn't expect this change (or reversal) in the situation, at all.
Listen, without the help of these 3 individuals I would not have had access to this profile.
Did you have a chance to look at it a bit.
OK, call me back. OK, bye.

This got me curious .
Here's the interesting part of the video's wav enhanced a little.
Once forwards, once reversed.
Does anyone have a copy of the original video without the mumblings?
I'd like to try a phase cancellation to get a cleaner version of the human sounds.
