I sent the following out to Cypher Systems:

Scripps, a large research firm that is well known and is connected to the University of California, is looking to build a reseach park out here near me (I hope to apply to it once it is built and hiring personnel) with a local small University, so a search will prove positive that such a facility is in the works. I'm hoping to get "something" that will help us get moving again.

 		I've sent them many security alerts and a request for information but got nothing yet. Have they answered any mail yet?

Not yet. I am keeping a set of fingers crossed. Not holding my breath tho, too many other e-mail contacts appear to have fallen on deaf ears.

Yep. The cell phone I have, I have to purchase a phone card to refill the time meter every so often. Which reminds me the minutes I have from Orlando are set to expire the end of the month... I will need to buy a small amount for it soon to keep it active now.
