I put the audio in a spectrogram. I can barely make out the word "seek" at different parts in the audio. I'll have to try heightening the pitch.

While yes the audio seems to be reversed and there may be something more there, my immediate question is what does the given clue mean? Any hint in the video name STG2HEARSE_PAYLOAD_IN_NK***M*B*? And what about the comment

Also, I'm more interested in the pictures starting 13 down in your album. I'm gonna take a look at those. We'll be able to at least rule those pics out if nothing's special about them.

I've been reading this topic for a few days, and I thought I would leave some information. When the second video was first uploaded, it was actually four minutes long. It contained the same frames as the current four second version (not rotated), but the audio was a song (in reverse, same as this one) with more random-sounding noise. The current four second video seems to be just a section of this larger one. It was swapped out for the current video when it had around eleven views, but I saved a copy. I've looked it over in various ways, the noises don't seem to encode anything, and the spectrogram did not look strange. My opinion on this is that the hex in the video, and the video title/description, are meant to be the main clues, and the audio is simply a distraction. This would explain why the video was shortened to four seconds before many people got the chance to see it.

EDIT: Riddla, the last letter is S, so 3 30 13 24 7 8 HK 92 15 US. If you look closer you'll notice that the last number must be a 3, not a 2.
