I think we should go with 1991, because that's when enttry #37 was set. Probably our most reasonable choice so far.

That's not a reason to go with it, though. We should take it as 199, because that's what it says, instead of making up a last digit with no basis whatsoever.

That's the thing, there's no way to be certain with this kind of thing, so everything is pure speculation with little backing, but if it was HE I would think it to be Tim because it seems like it's directed at Jay, but that Tim is the central focus of the video.

Yes, and to take it one step further, perhaps the video is directed at BOTH Tim and Jay; Tim to get him back into this, and Jay to proceede.

My basis is that the alignment of the final number in comparison to the previous slides suggests something's hidden behind the distortion (as has happened several times before), and that if the number's last digit is obscured, 1991 is the only number beginning with 199 that has any relevance to the series.

If we take everything at face value, we're hardly going to make any progress.

But lately, it seems that TTA messages are for both Jay and Tim most of the time. I would really want to stay with just one. It might seem that it's directed to Tim, but I mean, Jay was the one who wanted to go after the hoodie. I will stay with my oppinion, that this message is meant for Jay, not Tim. Tim is just... Tim is already back. I mean he lost several weeks again (Entry #59 can prove it.), and well - Tim is Masky again.

I think all of the numbers have a meaning, but it's best to have all of the pieces on the table before you try to put any together. Take a look at the alphanumeric theories people are making; if there's a number obscured by the distortion, they won't come to the correct conclusion.
