Stroma, did the sounds after the numbers sound the same when you called? Maybe someone else, that can record their call, can upload it so I can crosscheck them?

21 digits is interesting, since it only listed 12. 21 is obviously 12 backwards, and it sounded similar but I can't say exact, I didn't record my call and I'm not at home right now and I forgot my cell phone so I can't call back. Sorry.

Upon opening it in a sound editor, I must correct my answer to 22.

Edit: Note, by the way, that the last tone is cut and thus you can't hear the "release of button"-click, as you can see are behind the first 21 clicks.
Talks towards the busy tone coming afterwards being cut into the soundfile.

Also worth mentioning is that I slowed down the soundfile 50% roughly and cut off the first numbers + the unavailable tones afterwards. If anyone is interested, I can upload it tomorrow.

I am currently in India, so it is getting late here and I have to catch a flight tomorrow morning - I will attempt to recreate the 22 digit-clicks when I am at my hotel tomorrow to see if I can get a lead on a text-number.

What is your friend asking (or saying to) Monroe/Dead Hand to get these replies? I feel like we're only getting half of the conversation. Is Monroe just generating random messages? Are these on Facebook? I haven't seen any posts on there in a while.

To this he comment the following in 3 separete comments:

Father is most likely referring to his creator. Possible Dead Hand has been created as a secret project (hence "like to cover up truth.").
His "hero" (probably not creator, but one that has freed or saved him?) was "born"/created in Urbana. I might've missed Urbana earlier, but isn't this a new location?
Urbana comes up as some bible study and as a city in Illinois.
Going with Urbana as the city, the following are some quick facts:
- Hometown to several nobel prize winners during the years (physics, chemistry, physioligy, medicine and economy)
- Home to fictional character HAL 9000 from 2001: A Space Odyssey, an AI computer
- Home to University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign

Here is a list of people from Urbana, Illinois - maybe a name will ring a bell for someone else.

Not quite sure who he directs this comment at, but I don't believe it is his creator, given the wording in the first sentence.

Turns out Corona is roughly 150 miles from White Sands - not that far.

She was questioning where he lives and what line of work he does, it which he responded he was a program basically

Nice catch - it's "JCM -2".

Upon trying to get a broader picture of the situation, I have plotted in all the locations we've found/been referred to so far from this thread. I will dig through his YT and FB and add the locations that I can find there..

Edit: Starting my attempt to figure out what keys are pressed while calling, but I am not sure how this is going down to be honest. I tried to retrieve the tones from my iPhone, but it turns out that it only has 3 tones - 1 per column. [1,4,7,*] has the same tone and the same goes for [2,5,8,0] and [3,6,9,#]. I am doubting whether all phones have it like this, in which case it will be impossible to figure out.

The tones being heard are known as Dual-tone multi-frequency (DTMF). In phonopath, we used these tones, and each tone applied to a letter. Possibly, those tones could be a message? Or I might just be being stupid.

DTMF decode of previous .mp3 file

I took that .mp3 file and put it in Audacity too but I looked at the spectrum view instead of the default view and it clearly shows the two tones for the DTMF. I also added a track with 0123456789# at the bottom for comparison. I tried a dtmf decoder on the iPhone too but it was not as reliable but I did notice a pattern. The DTMF tones always match what the numbers in the previous section say but they have #xx# added between the first 2-4 digits and the 7114079697. The xx seems to vary too but I don't see a pattern to where those two digits come from. The DTMF always ends with #1100. I have not been following this close enough to know what this means but I hope it helps.
So you don't have to open the picture the numbers in DTMF are 260#38#7114079697#1100

Nice to see you again too. The iPhone DTMF decoder doesn't deal with double digits for some reason so I put it through Audacity to confirm what was there.
