I'm not sure if it's important, but there are X's (un-circled slendersymbols?) on lot's of doors that Jay doesn't pay any attention to and the door with Masky's message has an X too. It could be insignificant or it could have been a trail to the door? I'm not sure.

Also, I think we should pay a little more attention to the random graffiti on the walls. Some of it appears very grim and out of place and I think it's worth taking a closer look at.

You know this entry has made me think. I'm sure this has been discussed before but what exactly happens in real life when The Operator appears on camera. Yeah I know there's the distortion and everything and teleporting but thats just what we see on the camera. What does Jay actually experience since presumably what he sees is sans all the distortion and skips and he just sees the operator.

Why was Jay wearing a jacket and a hat down there? Aren't they having a heat wave down south? Was he cold again?

Just thrown' out another fun theory (once again, I'm not saying this is what I think is true, just fun to speculate)...

If they all were in the hospital when they were kids, maybe the different symptoms they are displaying when the operator might be around are similar to the illnesses they were originally hospitalized with.

Alex spitting up blood, Troy's fevers, chills and blackouts, Tim's seizures, coughing, DD, whatever. Also, the bald figure pictured in some of the TTA videos... someone who had chemo?
