And am just mentioning that while we don't know what "ENCRYPTION RING" info the curator encoded in his Base64 string we do know that it was posted with the jpeg of a ferris wheel which is not only a moving ring but also an example of Simple Harmonic Motion (in Phase space).

Umm.....really quick, did anyon notice the "THERE ARE ONLY MOMENTS NOW" link on the top of the tumblr? it leads to a question page. Considering we don't know who is now transmitting over that feed, should we try asking something?

I think what they're saying is that trying to run the BASE64 CURATOR through a Vigenere will get us nowhere and offered us an alternative cipher to consider.
