No, Jay can't be hoody. The reason I believe this is because we get the entry where Jay drops his camera in the woods and then we get the entry where Hoody returns the camera and then in the next entry Alex finds Jay in the woods and Jay tells him he dropped his camera. Then he seems really surprised to see his camera. Hoody is not Jay.

A lot of people seem to forget that in Entry #58, we see Hoody in front of Jay and Tim clear as day. They chase him until they get to that tunnel. Direct proof that Hoody isn't Jay.

Also, it's bad reasoning to say Hoody looks like Jay, because OOG, they have different actors portraying Hoody.

I'm starting to think this Hoody character, if he is ToTheArk, may not be one of the former crew members of Marble Hornets, but some sort of watcher, or crazed stalker or something. Does anyone know if Alex has any siblings? Judging from enttry # 37, I would assume he does.


Again, another great theory... I swear, this kind of stuff never crosses my mind. Everyone seems so hell-bent on suggesting Hoody is someone we all know, but the idea that he just represents an observer/watcher is equally as haunting and kind of neat. Also, Alex having siblings... another idea I never thought of.

It would be hilarious if TTA turned out to just be some Youtube stalker who had gone off the deep end.

It's just a theory.
Just the fact that all this simple stuff isn't thought of is what's making me consider it. It's not impossible; I would expect that, OOG, Troseph would want to pull off an ending that no one would expect.

 		I think I may unsubscribe from tweets being sent to my phone. This is the third one that has come at just the appropriate time to make me almost piss myself.

First WTF hoody, I thought masky sitting on the dresser was creepy. Hoody straight up jacked Tims pills and chilled in his closet until he went insane.

Tim is definitely back in masky mode now that he missed his pills. Post seizure Tim has a limp, probably because masky personality doesn't remember that his leg healed.

I agree "trees" likely mean rosswood. Has anyone tweated Jay to tell him that he should go look for Tim there? I know he normally doesn't respond to tweets, but it may speed along his noticing.

Only children do have birthday parties, of course. But it would explain ToTheArk's knowledge of Alex. Also, if TTA is a random YouTube stalker, how did he obtain the footage in "enttry # 37?"

Hoody may even be the woman holding the cake and singing... or whatever she was holding. Either way, I presume that's his mom or older sister, assuming he has a sister.

This would be a bit of a surprise. It would be very sloppy storytelling. For TTA to be a character we have not yet met in the series, he would have to be tied to Slenderman, not the cast of MH. If Jay, Tim or Alex knows TTA, it would have to be someone in the story already, I think it's way too late to introduce a new character. Maybe I'm wrong and chew me out if I am, but it would feel forced to me.

I was suggesting if that's plausible to look back at the footage from that video to see if anything in it backs up that theory.
