Anyways, I think we can all agree that Brian is most likely hoodie. Hoodie looked like he had the same frame as Brian. Also, who else would it really be?

I doubt it. Is the Red Tower in or around Rosswood Park? If not, that seems highly unlikely.

Hey, look! Substance! Yeah, usually, I'd be pretty worried, but the uncharacteristic (and not in a bad way) determination and finality in his tweets makes it pretty damn certain Jay's finally gotten the message.
