An interesting encrypted message that I found.

This is a coded message that I found on the internet that the creator claims will never be decoded.

I want to prove him wrong. Can anyone help me figure out this mysterious cryptogram?

I feel like I'm looking at a magic eye puzzle. If so...I see a child's face.

I started by looking for matching glyphs, taking into account the fact that these are hand-written and nothing matches precisely. I might have deemed some glyphs to be unique which are in fact devolved forms of others. Here is my transcription:
Code:
T L X J R L H B R A
H R T X S D N A L T
R 1 Z D E L A D 2 X
L T S T A S 3 W A B
4 D F J R A 5 S A D
D S L X T A O A B S
L T R T X T T 6 D Z
S B 7 D A O J L 8 R
A N T L S O O O L L
S S T X A N 9 A V L
F J X A E Q D Z U B

(note: I put in numerals for some of the unique glyphs because I got lazy and didn't keep track of which letters of the alphabet remained. Substitute other letters for those at will.)

The script appears to have been drawn in columns from top to bottom, similar to an Asian language. Initial stabs at simple substitution did not give me anything, reading in any direction, but the letter frequencies aren't too bad for English.
