Okay, sorry I wasn't able to go into detail earlier. I saw the tweet just as I was heading out the door.

What's happening right now is former Chosen (David Morris/MechanicalTrees, Gregory Davis/TwinBranches, Mark Axton/KarmA) have had dreams about the purple flower field.

Back in DDC, having that dream meant you were picked by The Gentleman to become Chosen. Which at the time meant becoming a member of your local Commune.

Those dreams were supposed to have stopped when The Gentleman was destroyed at the end of DDC.

Considering he's no longer around, I would guess that the cause lies with either the Sinari or whatever is messing up the timeline. But the fact that these dreams happened is enough to worry because it means something has that level of influence.

Not really sure what to make of this "Ringmaster" guy. But it sounds like we have a bigger, badder Faust-type on our hands.

Not much to add, really. David apparently stole the Ringmaster's ring, and the Ringmaster has a weakness to water. It also seems like David is slightly insane, though this might not be news to anyone.
