 		Yep, got confirmation on thebruce0's "unintentional send": I asked if this was a regional shipping snafu or a universal one, and received the following response:

I was not aware that you were in possession of Koatoa Marine product. I must ask...I ran your name through our system and didn't get any returns. Did you also receive one of the shipments in error? Did yours also contain a book of some kind?

This is a universal decision, but I'm very interested to find out if you received one of these shipments that contains a book. I'm currently under the impression that all of these events are connected somehow, and having another person who got one of those shipments can only help in figuring out what is going on.

 		This is what I got when I asked about politics and whether they were just stopping shipments to earth:

Production has halted completely, so I have no reason to believe that it's not the entire Union.

You are from Earth. Does your government tell you how things are outside of the Union? I know things are bad there, I hear things. Everyone in the Union does. The difference is that some people care, some people want to make a difference, and some people want to forget where we came from.

i told him that i didnt know about these packages untill he told me about it and asked some of my friend who like fish food Razz turns out a few have got these, and does he know anything more about it

 		In my correspondence with Richard, which has been going on for the past couple hours while I'm in and out of class, he has alluded to the same problem of heritage. Seems people are letting their Earth-born heritage to slip away like a fading memory, while some others are trying to preserve it with all their might.

I keep asking about these supposed problems Earth is having - the problems that are apparently worth fighting for, that none of us are aware of.

I'm beginning to think we're being sheltered and secluded from some imminent disaster or collapse, while the rest of the Union watches on. Almost as if we're a theatre play, with Earth and its inhabitants as the cast, and the Union our audience.

I'm going with the sheltered theory too....but let's not forget the initial message...to those born of earth, we will be there in due time. How does this tie into our current discussion? We know Oceanus people are banned from earth travel...so, what?

 		Has anyone thought about sharing the United info and message we've figured out from Darwin's book and the possible implications of doing so?

I suppose it is too early to tell whether or not Koatoa is on our side.

Are you referencing a similarity in the politics?
I don't recall there being a union of 13 at any point.
Also, by Foundation's time we had colonized over 70 planets I think.
Robot Novels we had Earth, Aurora, Solaria, and am I forgetting one?

The pics I've sent are: Yosemite Waterfall with rainbow, polluted river (not mega gross 'tho the truth is some are), Grand Canyon Sunset and the Wiki landfill image. Please feel free if y'all want to send him some pics also. My feeling is that the Koatoa Marine seafood production halt will cause some turmoil within The Union.

I think the message referenced there is the Arnold cipher solution from the /united page using Darwin's Origin of Species as the key:
