Speak through her? The only females we have encountered are the AIs and Allison...and I can't see Allison doing this.

I think Not-LISA is refering to the "LISA"-emails asking us if we knew anything about the missing documents. I think those were from the Horizon-people and Sparrow, trying to pretend to be Not-LISA.
