Poor Ethan, if that's what's hanging out wherever he is. Confused

LISA's also been pretty quiet. I haven't heard from her in a few days. Earlier, I asked if she had any answers. She said she had all the answers. I asked what it was that they didn't want us to know. And... I haven't heard from her since.

I was hoping that, if it's someone on the inside controlling LISA, it would give them the opportunity to reach out, but so far, no luck.

Something LISA mentioned to me in her last reply stood out. "I have what I want. It's only a matter of time before I'm finished here."

Is Ethan what she wanted? And what does she mean by "finished"?

I know if I ask her directly, she'll just give me the run-around, so I took the route of questioning her self-stated dissociation from Horizon (in that she called Horizon "they" instead of "we"), and subtly hinted that a friendship (or at least acquaintanceship) with our side might be to her benefit. "The enemy of my enemy is my friend" and all that.

ETA: There's something else that had me thinking. I know LISA's been saying that there were two sides or personalities to her. Janus, in mythology, is a two-faced god that looks to the future and the past; he's also the god of beginnings/endings, transitions, gates/doors, etc. It may just be a coincidence, but maybe it'll lead to something.

What do you mean?


I'm speaking generally. This started out fairly simple, with Hale and LISA as out main "contacts" so to speak. Since then we've added numerous other characters, contactable or not, a whole lot of background, which is as far as we know so far, unrelated to the resistance against Horizon on Earth. We're now dealing with strange happenings in space travel, unidentifiable objects, and it doesn't appear to be slowing down.

It's complicated; hard to keep track of it all.
