 		I also tried emailing Akamu Hale, with no response yet. Even gave infoSPLATyimmulogistics.com a try, but that one got bounced back fairly quickly.

This could be a sort of.. reverse time-capsule, maybe? With Yimmu being their distributor. It said they were coming soon; though, what a fish company has to do with it, I'm not sure.

Also, yimu, not yimmu, stands for a sort of derogatory gesture in Nigerian.. Not sure if relevant.

Interesting, though, the decimal numbers. They're always the next step in the number sequence. 4.5, 7.8. Could mean words 4 and 5? 7 and 8?

I guess that whole thing with the Union being other planets was spot on. So, what, we're dealing with some kind of other life? Or something from the future, maybe? Considering a lot of the dates on the cans and the coupon were set for way into the future, like the coupon expiring in the year 2277.


WAIT. I fucked up. I went through the puzzle again, to make sure I hadn't screwed any of the parts up, even though Bruce and I got the same thing. The "are" in that post didn't make sense unless you threw in that [who] or [whom]. I hadn't counted the fact that a word started on page 442, line 4, and continued INTO line 5, which I counted as the first word. But in an Arnold cipher, you count starting at complete words.

The actual quote then reads:

"To those born from the Earth: We will be there in due time."

ah, yeah... a minor alteration. Doesn't really add anything new. I didn't even think of that either. Didn't check if the first 'word' was a complete word or not Razz

In Japanese, Akuma also means devil. I need more cultural background of the game to know which the name actually means, but who-ever is coming may be bad for our health.

It is possible that it's a future thing coming into our time line....but why? To change something we've done...or will do? The " united" thing...and " we are coming". Coming to what? Save us? Kick our ass? This is pure speculation, of course,

It is also possible that it's an alien culture coming to us that has translated their dates/language into english for us.

 		Well, considering it's another well-established planet, my guess it's just a reference to humans born on earth, rather than born on Oceanus, for instance.
Except that it is odd to explicitly say "earth-born" rather than just those on earth, unless there are aliens among us in the future Razz (although they could also be earth-born if our cultures are that friendly Smile )
