Here's what I've gathered from trying to read up:

It's the 22st century (possibly around 2112, judging from when Riddley Yang is getting married). In 2061, Canada was engulfed by America. The city of New Sidney is split into zones, of which zone 7, 8 and 9 is in the eastern part.
People are communicate through their IrisWatches, produced by the IrisWare coorperation based in New Sidney. IrisWare has been referred to as IsisWare on a few occasions, but that might be a typo.
A (presumably quite young) girl named Eden Munrow is locked up in cell2536, which is located in a special part of the IrisWare complex called Code 23. She is sending cries of help in a decodable language using her IrisWatch. She is experiencing something coming for her.
Edens father is head of a department at IrisWare.

There has been floodings in North New Sidney
The IrisWare homepage is down due to the flooding.
We need to get our IrisWare updated in order to get our in- and outbound mail translated correctly. We need to have customer service numbers to get that upgrade.

I have sent Eden a letter (in her language) telling her I want to help and asking her age, which is prolly gonna get me in trouble with the security department, and another one to Iris Wares customer service requesting a new customer service number since I lost mine.
I'll get back to you once I get responses.


(Also, the symbol on her dads lab coat looks a lot like an uppercase I with an uppercase W in it. Which seems odd, considering they don't seem to be using our alphabet anymore?)

theres got to be something with those image names, Its strange how some are in caps and some are anagrams.. for example raef.jpg is an anagram for fear... its strange i might have a look into the image names today see if i can get somewhere with it. :S anythings worth a shot at the moment!

also narTEtals.jpg is an anagram of translate.

I think Eden is quite young. Her language and level of anxiety seems to indicate it. Remember how the IrisCleanser was not safe for children under 10? Think that's what happened?

I don't think the caps mean anything, but that's just my opinion. Doesn't seem like an anagram or anything, more for flavor I guess.
