As has already been pointed out, I wouldn't be surprised if this entry's script was tweaked a bit to bear some similarities to Slender. I'd do it in their shoes.

While not one of the "best" episodes I've seen (insofar as I'm qualified to judge such things), I enjoyed what there was. In the wild mass guess theory, I'm guessing that we're entering a sort of "omniscient narrator mode" here, tricky as that would be to explain in this series. I can see Masky following those two through the woods and recording them, with the tape from this entry setting it up.

Oh, about this being uploaded by TTA: If that was true, wouldn't comments be enabled? I know they were at first, but that was probably an OOG mistake. If comments were enabled I'd be more inclined to believe that this was hacked.

Please don't hate on my guys, but I'm pretty disappointed with this entry. Maybe I just hyped it up too much in my mind, but I thought it was anticlimactic. I figured we would at least get an explanation for why Jay waited so long to upload it, but perhaps that will come in a later entry. The video didn't get any reaction out of me or evoke any emotion, and there was no major plot development (aside from Tim and Jay possibly working together now, but that was to be expected).

I don't mean to sound rude. I know Troy, Joseph, and Tim have lives and not every entry can be fantastic. I know that my expectations were probably too high. But still, definitely not my favorite entry.

Good entry.

About the eyes of the mask and the apparent blindness of Masky, apart from what has been said about the night vision of the camera, I think when Jay focuses mask is a bit higher than Tim, so we see her cheeks and little his eyes, this added to the limited field of view that can allow the mask could prevent Tim, see the record LED.

The sudden distance of Jay, when Masky tries to take it, may be because Tim has to go around the bush originally separated it from Jay, he's not a fucking cat (I'm against teleportations everywhere).

Hoody hut; apart from the doll can be seen on the floor papers, some strapped to a table with a big old clip full of rust, even seems that something singed, a reference to Tim hospital reports. This puts hoody as TTA in Roswood all the time, we can say that is a neighbor of Slendy, or maybe more than that.

Camera and Blindness, my two cents:

1. Tim wanted to know what just happened to them both, and if it was Slendy-related, so he wanted to now if Jay's camera caught anything about last night or if Slendy fucked up the camera if he was around. That's really all I think there is to it, esp with Tim's body language, it doesn't seem threatening at all. More confused and nervous. This has happened before, he seems like he knows this situation, but at the same time he's not really 'used' to it. If that makes sense.

2. Bindness. I think it's just because of the night vision, and the acting blind is because it was the woods, at night. I think I saw Jay turn the flashlight part of his camera off once he was hiding in the vines, so if Tim has bad night vision or the flashlight screwed up his night vision, that would explain the vines scene, at least.

I remember back in my day we used to talk about what the entries meant, not just how they made us feel.

Regardless, it seems this video did quite a few important things.

1. It clarified that Hoody and Jay were never the same person, which means that we can now look back on previous entries with the certainty of this fact. (Not that this wasn't already very obvious.)

2. It gave us a location, that I believe was meant to become an important one (The fact that the baby doll was there seems to imply this). I am sure they'll be returning to this shack in a later entry, even if it's just the next one.

3. It implied a Tim/Jay team-up, which will obviously radically alter the way the series progresses. I personally see it as quite possible that Tim in fact uploaded this entry. That's why he got the tweet slightly wrong and forgot to disable comments, because he honestly doesn't give a shit. Think for a moment, if it were TTA/Hoody, they'd at least have left a cryptic message in the video comments.

4. It suggested a dynamic in the masked group that I hadn't considered previously, notably that of Hoody being the controller. If we look back at previous entries with two masked folks (notably the I'm-gonna-break-your-face-with-this-rock entry), they seem to be working together. This implies that there's something different this time. Maybe Masky hasn't yet completely returned.

That's my two cents anywho.
