I wonder, myself, about the significance of the building that they wake up in/around. Many people have pointed out similarities between it and other such places in other videos, but that's pretty hard to prove. I'm wondering whether it might have any significance to Tim himself, given that that's where he ends up with Jay. Perhaps it's the place that he went to during his mental episode as a child?

I was thinking the same thing, because he asks Jay first thing "What are YOU doing here?" and the way he asks it, he doesn't question his own being there. But then he asks Jay "where are we?" like he doesn't know. So either he really doesn't know where he is, or he doesn't want Jay to know that he has ended up here before. He doesn't know Jay has seen his medical documents. After Jay says " I think we're still in Rosswood" that's when Tim starts booking it for the way out, and he clearly knows the way out. I'm thinking he knew exactly where he was and just didn't want Jay to know that he knows.

This.

Is wasn't "Why are we here?" are "Where are we?" It was explicitly "Why are you here?" As In "I expected to be here, but you're here too?" Then as a cover "Where are we?" And then he rushes through the trees to the dirt tracks as though he knows exactly where he's going.

That's a very plausible interpretation. It would mean, of course, that Tim has more information than he's sharing, at least as of the moment that the battery dies.

Let me offer another interpretation, just for the sake of discussion; I'm not sure myself how to take this scene.

Tim asking Jay, "Why are you here?" might just be his reaction to the difference between this and the times he's awakened somewhere with no memory of how he got there. We know that it's happened to him before; he complained to Jay about it after socking him in the nose in 59. We can infer from this entry that those episodes happen whenever Tim becomes Masky, which would mean that it has happened many times. This could be the very first time that Tim has awakened to find another person there with him.

In fact, we know that on the occasion Tim complained about in 59, he awoke in the backseat of his car, so we know that he doesn't always wake up at Hoody Hut, so maybe he never has before and his question about where he is was honest. That would mean that Tim gets up and starts moving for some other reason, like he's learned to not to hang around once he wakes up like this, or because he feels an urgent need to find some bearings, maybe to orient himself chronologically, after what's happened to him before.

I still find it most interesting that Tim didn't ask Jay, "Did you do this to me?" I wonder what Tim thinks is happening.

This is exactly what I was thinking. We already know Tim is used to waking up in strange places alone with no memory of how he got there from #59. He just didn't expect to see Jay, that doesn't mean that he recognized the place.

Maybe, if Tim was in fact found there as a kid, the baby doll is his, and it's been there since he was a kid.

Well, by now all the important stuff has been covered so I suppose I don't have much to add.
Anyone else mistake Tim for Hoody when he was lying in the grass? I was actually really disappointed when I noticed it was Tim, I was hoping so much we were about to get the reveal on who Hoody is.

The lack of hood kind of gave that one away for me. Wink I get what you were saying, but I never doubted it would be Tim the way Hoody was manipulating events.

Here's a question that I don't think we've covered: what's up with Jay's last tweet before 62?

Jay wrote:
Don't want to give away where I am. No more tweets for now.

Cue #62, with Jay wandering around with a flashlight on, yelling, "Tim!" He still has the flashlight on when he first spots Masky, and only turns it off once he's trying to get away and hide. So what's the deal with this? I'm not asking about OOG production schedules, I'm asking, IG, when did he tweet this and why didn't he behave accordingly? We know he was already on foot at the trees in Rosswood, but he wasn't trying to be stealthy in there, and hiding his location from the whomever might be watching his Twitter account would be as simple as not saying "Rosswood," which everybody already guessed given his trees pic tweet. So what's up with this?

My question: how does totheark keep moving people once he's finished with them? Does he literally just carry them to their car or a random shed or whatever?

But seriously, this has happened to Tim a bunch of times. Every single time he's been seen as Masky, we can safely assume that the following morning he woke up in a strange place with no recollection of what happened. He was just confused because Jay was there too.

I honestly expected him to enter ragemode after seeing Jay, but he seemed pretty calm. I think he's curious to see what's on the camera.

OR he let his curiosity get the better of him and he's been keeping up with the Youtube channel.

I just figured he magics them there, using some trick similar to the door trick from season 1

You must be new here. The most recent Entry/ToTheArk video is for any speculation regardless of topic.

When I watched the video for about the fourth or fifth time, I started to think about how Jay's voice gets muffled when Masky drags him away. There would really be no need to cover his head, or muffle his voice, unless they just didn't want him to see where he would be going. But I am more inclined to think that he has had a mask put on his face. If Jay was originally part of totheark, he would have probably had a Masky personality too, since there is more than one character mask. Also, Jay's muffled cries and the sounds of him being dragged away don't really fade into the distance, they fade, but then they just cut out. To me, it seems like Masky and Tim just disappear.

First time poster and lurker since Entry #40!

Anyway, this really struck me because I was thinking something was odd with that part. When Masky tackles Jay, Jay is resisting but he isn't saying, "Stop!" or "Get off!" He says, "What are you doing?!" Now, I've never been brutally attacked but that doesn't seem to be something that is said in that moment.

In the video, right before the night vision cuts out, I can see something flash by the camera taking up the whole view. Not sure if this is the flashlight, but it gives off a plastic sort of reflection to me. I'm having a terrible time catching a screen shot.

I think Jay said those things, because he knew Masky was Tim & that maybe he could talk the Tim out of Masky.
