MH DVD

Hey gang, maybe this isn't the best place to be asking this but I was wondering if anyone else has ordered dvds and how long they took to be delivered. I ordered seasons 1 & 2 from the shop a month ago, and haven't seen them. I've sent several emails to the site contact, and even went so far as to tweet Joseph & Troy to see if maybe they could help, and no word. I haven't received a shipping notification or anything.

Just looking for insight, mostly. I was planning on having a viewing party soon so I'd like to have the dvds rather than using youtube Smile

I'm in the same exact boat as you. Seasons 1 + 2. 1 month. No replies to my email. As much as I want to support them, I'm getting pretty tired of waiting, and can pay a bill with that money, so I'll probably be approaching the refund route.

I tweeted Troy and Joseph, Joseph replied to me on twitter and asked me to message him on FB about the issue. I did, will let you know what he says.

Yes, please do. I ended up opening a dispute with PayPal.

I didn't want to do it, and I feel like a mega dick for doing it, but I'm hoping it'll get their distributors attention, at the very least. I would be cool with waiting six months if they are backordered - just tell me. Don't ignore my emails.

It's not Troy/Joseph's fault - they aren't even in charge of handling the DVD sales - it's a third party. But for our emails to the contact email to go ignored, that's not cool.

I'm hoping the dispute will get their attention - but if Joseph has anything nifty to say to you, let me know. I might send him a message too, but don't really want to solicit.

I was in the same boat as the two of you, it took them about 4-5 weeks to arrive here (New Zealand) but they eventually got here!

My transaction with these guys frustrated me to no end. 6-7 weeks after my order was placed, I received the shirt from the shirt+season1/2 bundle. This was after my emails went unanswered.

Then, a week and a half later, the DVDs arrived. I had pretty much given up hope on seeing them.

So yeah, you'll probably see the DVDs. You may have forgotten that you had even ordered them by the time they arrive.

Edit for clarification:
"These guys" isn't to refer to Troy/Tim/Joseph. The company that is doing the shirts/DVDs is totally separate from them.

Oh good - at least it's nice to know that people have ordered and received their stuff (albeit at a delay). At least I'm not the anomaly Smile

Yes, that's the email listed on the site. The person handling distribution hasn't even responded to my PayPal dispute at this point. Is the email even checked? Laughing

Just an update - my DVDs arrived today. As previous posters have said, it took about 5 or 6 weeks. Oh well, at least they got here Smile

Yeah, I ordered the season 1 +2 with the shirt near the end of September, and the shirt just came in. No dvds yet, but fingers crossed.

I don't know about anybody else, but by the time I got my Seasons 1 and 2 DVDs, they were covered in dozens of stamps from all over the world... Maybe it just takes a really elaborate shipping route to get that effect of creepy stamps?

I'm having issues as well. Ordered them on Oct. 6th. Paypal put a hold on the transaction, then lifted the hold on the 8th. Emailed both the gmail account on the merch page plus the yahoo email listed for the CS contact on the paypal receipt about three days ago, no reply and no merch.
