here's my full solve!
No problem at all. I can see how my clues might need a revision, for clarification.
I can tell you 100% My solve is correct through episode 6 (and 99.9% through episode 4 after that, it fits TOO well.)
The first 2 episodes are in central park, Ep3 is on the subways into manhattan. episode 5 they get off the subways and onto the busses, then back onto the subway.
My episode 5 clues I started mapping out all the bus lines --Then I got stuck. When I solved episode 6 (Franklin ave) and backtracked on the subway, I realized I backtracked EXACTLY to my buses. I had solved it and not known.
I do not expect that I have every clue solved. (i.e. Clue 34) but i'm damn close Smile

-Captn' cards are not just the J/Q, but the Jack of Diamonds and the Queen of Spades. These card in particular are the Pinochle high hand, a game played with 48 cards.

Clue 24 Featured player story, Giant turtle=mccarren tortoise in McCarren Park near the end of the 48 bus line. IS THE TORTOISE YOU REFER TO MESSENGER?

--Messenger? I don't follow you, sorry. I found a post a while back someone else pointed out the turtle (they were on the wrong bus..)

Clue 26 Crothers has K/8 =(off Subway N) @Kings hwy--> bus #82 HOW DO YOU GET 82 FROM K/8?
-THe K(King)=Kings Hwy, if you look at a Brooklyn bus map, you only get the 82 bus from that stop.

Clue 27 Mulligan A/Go Fish Card (1+7= bus 8 ) HOW DO YOU GET 8 FROM A+FISH? A=1 FISH=7? HOW?
-A=11 or 1 in card rules/ the announcers call the fish card a Go fish card (a game played with 7 cards) again, his subway route clue of 5 years in a row leaves him at a stop where the 8 Bus is the only bus.

Clue 28 TOM J/J (off Subway Q) @ J Ave/& take Bus 11 DOES 11 COME FROM J BEING 11th CARD IN ORDER (Q=12, K=13?)
-Exactly. & At J.Ave, the only Bus is the 11!

Clue 29 Captn 3/4/5 bus 43 (from before goes back South) HOW DOES 3/4/5 = 43?
-Lady luck had hit the other way, he was Up to his neck in turds (checking the map..>) tells you he's on the 43 before this clue confirms the number.
It's only giving you 2 useful cards at a time.
5 is the extra, & number flopping started at the 5/6 being 65 for the Bus pass earlier.

Clue 30 KQ6= (K&Q of harts =valentines Day 2/14) 2 for crother's 82, 14 for mulligan and crothers coming up. YOU LOST ME HERE AFTER HEARTS=VAL DAY
-again, 2 cards, the K/Q both harts. using the chart before you find out their nicknames together =valentines day.
valentines day is Feb 14th, or 2/14 --Crothers still needed a 2 for his bus #82, and the 14 = bus 14.

CLue 32 Go Fish card again= 7 (completes line to 14 which hits the end of it's line and the bird says:) WHY IS FISH = 7?
-the number of cards in a hand of go fish.

Clue 34 the 8 helps nobody! RELEVANCE?
-so you know you don't use the 8 for anything.

Ep6----------------Joining into One------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Clue 36 Crothers says even if they follow a heading close to them, and they (being tom & Capn) don't stop at the next port (president st) they would be CLue 37 "right behind ye! = The 2 & 3 lines converge / both pairs are traveling towards:
Clue 38 The giant diamond back rattle snake all cut up represends = the "Join or Die" snake (gadson flag snake) first made by Ben FRANKLIN AVE they all join up
Clue 39 The "GA" super hero & P.L.A.Z.A. clue = Grand Army Plaza
Clue 40 the double red lines on the army guy = stay on the 2/3 (red lines) Subway

Ep 7----------Walking (past the) Dead-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Clue 44 "Cut em twice.."= West on foot , the block is cut in half IT IS? I KNOW ABOUT THE PLANNED AREA BUT WHERE IS IT CUT?
-on google maps the first block away from the subway stop is a block made of 2 half blocks.

Clue 45 "before the boom of the 13th gun"=the 13 gun solute is in refrence to Fulton st. WHY is 13 GUN SALUTE A REF TO FULTON?
--The 13th gun salute was first Used by the ship the Andrew Doria-Known for the battle of NASSAU, not Fulton (MY BAD, lol) Nassau st. going to change that on the first post now.

 		Ya know, I'm still not sold 100% on it but you're so confident, DarkHuman, that I think next time I'm down there, I'm just gonna go into the playground, ask the parents whether they're cool with me digging there, and just get right down to it. I'll let you know what I find.

Thanks for the reply. Other questions have I have in regards to (...in regards tooooo....) your solve are: 1) what do you make of tutty? 2) what do you make of switching the C and the P and Window Sill/Sele and 3) what do you make of the Marine Park street clues in the WPPPT episode?
All just story/homage? I have those pegged as definite clues. But then again, I don't have a detailed solve formulated.

Did anyone check out the park yet?

I am trying to figure out if the same decoding I used to find the nest is used in this park. I am not 100% sure if it is because so far it is not panning out, unless I am getting that part wrong or if a different methood is used.

I will tell you though, the history and every does seem like a perfect fit. Really good job Dark Human.

I am not saying what methood I used because unlike Dark Human I only live 30 miles from the boarder of one of the nearest boroughs. So unlike Dark Human I can get there.

Apparently, the city workers have checked it pretty well.

I thought it interesting that the opposite side of the park from the sandbox has the nest (crow's nest), the icarus (last scene where Mulligan goes too high and is cut down), and the mountain with a giant fin over top to keep it cool and shaded. Coincidentally, these are all next to turds (restroom).
