Short history of "OTP 22"

We found similar very similar phone numbers game "project Evil or DEFCON Mein Fraulein crypto challenge." from Defcon 2006. No connection with current game was confirmed.

New message is slightly changed, we dont know yet what is happening with COMPONENT DROPS, what is meaning behind terms: recovery, collection, drop and retrieval. Is this meant to be picked up by us or is it for other agents, those who have agent codes for phonecalls. WE guessed most of the working codes.
Actually story is still very foggy.
We still dont know if this transmissions and drops are supposed to be picked up by us or are we intercepting comms from somebody who doesnt know about us.

We discovered that if you call 202 number with spoofed ID from valid iridium number you get noisy recording of iridium message:

We didnt solve HORN sounds yet.

Meanwhile
