Calls to AS36 are now saying "warning, low battery" before the usual AS greeting message. There was a low battery on the agent system hardware once before in March 2013 and the battery had to be replaced by a field agent. http://otp22.referata.com/wiki/Message:03/06/2013/18058/04:46

According to the status report on agent code 33330 the battery is currently at 11.6 volts.
