I wonder why the video hasn't been posted on the Marble Hornets twitter yet. Something is a little fishy in my opinion

Because Troy hasn't gotten around to it yet.

That's how I took it, too. Still, it's illustrative of the trouble with a video like this, isn't it? When you have a series in which so many characters are missing or unidentified, and it begins to feel like we don't know where anyone is, it's easy for a video like this one to seem all cryptic and enigmatic when all it really does is restate the same questions we already know we have: where is [insert name]?

I interpreted these questions as pravado did on my first viewing, but "he" and "she" could really refer to anyone: Alex, who's been threatened by TTA this season. Amy, for whom they were searching in season 2. Seth or Brian, especially if either is TTA (the question becomes either more rhetorical in that case, almost like a taunt, or it could be an honest question from a split Masky-style personality unable to revert back to normal). Even Sarah, if for no other reason than we know the least about her whereabouts. EDIT: Also, come to think of it, it could be Hoody wondering where Jay or Tim (Masky) is, if it turned out that the events of 62 as we know them didn't actually turn out according to Hoody's plan. Just saying, the question could really mean anyone.

I guess I'm mostly disappointed that Hoody's response doesn't fill in anything about what he was doing after Jay was knocked out in 62. As far as I can see, we don't have any idea why Hoody went to all that trouble that night. He doesn't seem to offer the new Jay/Tim partnership any help. He's lamenting his isolation. What's the deal with Hoody here?

Jesus tap-dancing Christ, the ToTheArk videos are getting complex. Even by TTA standards...

really? this came off as really really lazy to me. it's basically a mashup of two old tta videos, tells us nothing new, no new clues we can search for, all it does is say "hey i'm hoody and i know more than you, until next time!"

i did enjoy the last tta though, or whichever one had the spider crawling around

Yeah, this is more or less filler besides the implication that Hoody or others are also being stalked.

All of the TTA videos posted on the TTA channel are filler. The ones posted on the main MH channel are considered to be more canon. TTA has only been mentioned once in the main videos. The other times he shows up are when he highjacks the main channel.

Hahahaha no. Willfully ignoring the codes and other hidden information that usually comes with them are we? This is mostly 'hey here's hoodie and the operator and some trees', with a little bit of advancement with the where is he/she stuff.

Jay doesn't always point out when TTA posts a reply.

The big ol' black figure with the curly black horn thing.

This is really insightful and, in my opinion, pretty spot-on (even though you're pointing out how not spot-on the video really is).

Troy's said before that we'll eventually find out in Season 3 where a number of "missing" people have been, and he specifically mentioned Jessica, so... I wonder if she's not the one who's most likely to be instrumental to the story.

A best frame:

Yeah that is definitely a tire leaning against a wall/tree. Nothing significant.

At least there is a Jay/Tim partnership. That may have been the main point, aside from engineering the return of the Mask. No, we don't know that for sure, but I think there are a few valid ideas floating around.

And Hoody has been working this alone for awhile, I think.

I spent the last few minutes trying to find a facial expression that sums up my current emotion. I failed, however, I learned that searching for edd without safe search is a terrible idea.

Let's just say I haven't seen a good "red arrow" pictures since first season, and this made my day.

I think this confirms that TTA is against the operator as well, and also confirms that the Operator is probably what masky and hoody ran away from when they were attacking alex
This confirms nothing of the sort, unfortunately. In fact, it does nothing to support either of those statements.

True. It's apparent that Hoody wanted Tim and Jay together and he got what he wanted. Maybe putting Masky back into play is part of it, too, though he did that first and it's hard to say if that was a goal in itself or just a means of drawing Jay in.

As cool as all of that is, though, we still don't really know why Hoody wanted them together. That's fine. I could have just gone along with the mystery without batting an eye if all we had was Jay's point of view for a little while. It's just that we've now had a response from Hoody himself (going with the TTA=Hoody assumption), and he's chosen not to shed any light, and I find that a little strange. I thought we might get a "Return" style clip of what was going on during the blackout, or something that would indicate why Hoody put them together.

Even after he's had the opportunity to move his plan to a new phase, he doesn't push them anywhere. Hoody's agenda is as mysterious as ever. Sure, people have interesting ideas, and that's part of the fun around here, but I don't know that there's enough evidence yet to support a very robust theory. In any case, Jay and Tim are on their own.

I don't want to come off as negative here; I liked this video pretty well. I'm just trying to understand Hoody's motives, and I'm excited to get into the next exposition phase of this narrative.
