Well that was insane. I personally think that Story's going to try all options only to find out "follow the creepy, but waggly-tailed eldritch horror" is the only one that works.

Wow, so sorry Story, looks like we all nearly got you killed!

I wonder if this means that Story will become one of the only Slenderseries protagonists to be on the run from both Slenderman and the law!

She might be a suspect in the murder of those two security guards!

On a side note, I love that Ajax pharmaceuticals has an Anti-Slender siren (I hope that was what it was).

I noticed that before too. I suspect someone had gotten there before Story, but she was the one caught sneaking in and so the woman who confronted her thought Story had propped the door open. Who that would be, I don't know. In some Fear mythos stories the Black Dog has proxies who gather people's secrets, but I have no idea if that's going to come into play in this.

Or, you know, Ajax is just setting her up for some unknown reason. I mean, when you combine a large corporation with eldritch shenanigans you never know what's gonna happen. Razz

Story just responded to my question on the video by posting a transcript of what she heard the guards say. I'll copy it below.

START TRANSCRIPT

SG 1: Get down on the ground! Get down on the ground! Put the camera down. Put it down. Put your hands behind your back. Let's go, put your hands behind your back. Give me your hands.

(into radio) We've got a subject on the west end, building five. Subject matches description. Need backup for confirmation.

SG 2: (from radio) Copy that, I'm en route.

SG 1: Copy.

(Dog howls in distance?)

SG 2: Is this it?

SG 1: Yes.

SG 2: Is that a camera?

SG 1: Yes.

SG 2: Should we tell Cassandra?

SG 1: This may not be it.

(ALARM SOUNDS)

SG 2: This is security, west side. Alert Cassandra. Building five. Building five! (choking, gagging sounds)

I never noticed that dog howl until I knew to look for it. It definitely adds a couple more questions about the event.

In fact, right now, the whole thing is a little suspicious to me. For example, I don't think that they were referring to Story as "it" -- I think that something else was going on, and they just mistook her for whatever it was.

So far, here is what I'm wondering:

-What else was happening while Story was out there that caused the guards to come out and pursue her?
-Why did the Slenderman appear?
-Why was the Black Dog out there, and what did it have to do with the night's events?
-Who is Cassandra?
-What is in building five?
-What is the weird place around 5:19?
-Why wasn't the building open this time, unlike the first time she visited?
-Why didn't the guard have handcuffs?

EDIT: Also, the transcript is incomplete. At the end, before the choking and gagging, SG2 yells, "Move, MOVE!" Does that mean that they knew what the Slenderman is?

I didn't hear any dog howl either, but it looked to me that Slendy came to help Story. He didn't want her to get into trouble. But then again, why did he leave her there and not teleport her to home. Now it just looks like it's Story who killed them.
