 		Underwater facility
Looking at the Dredging documents and examining the related company sites - only viewable content, I'm at work and not able to check page sources - there is a notion that someone is building an underwater facility with on water wind turbines, and transporting lots of stuff undersea. It does not necessarily mean on Earth.
Also Sarah Lewis is setting up a children's wetting program based on DNA/Genealogy criteria

All in all we have Hathaway Arc - the spaceship that has to transport children (whether a generation ship, or (currently not supported) sleeper) to another planet to save them from climate/resources/overpopulation collapse starting in 2017. Companies involved do dredging, underwater construction, underwater transport, on surface wind generator construction, single mooring point construction, groundwater removal and soil reclamation - indicates creation of underwater facility - so possibility that the Earthbased facility will be /is underwater, or the target planet is watery (think Jupiter's moon Europa)

Nothing really new here but from looking at her letter footer, in addition to the usual alphabet soup, I get the following. The CSci one had a lot of possibilities but this seemed the most likely
