Okay, just for you, I went back and looked at both 26 and 29. Both of these remain mysteries, but here's my take, as it stands.

26: I think that "Skully" isn't a mask, or if it is, it doesn't represent a new character. It looks kind of like a Mexican Day of the Dead decoration. If you pause at the very beginning of its appearance, I think it looks like an arm is resting over the top of the skull, which would be strange if it was a person's head. Whatever the actual object is, I take it to mean that TTA is taking credit for the video.

Now, there is a line from Alex in a later entry that could imply that he sent the package, which I think is the root of the controversy. I take that line as a manipulative Alex mocking Jay for being easy to find. I attribute the package to TTA, the known stalker.

29: I think Alex filmed this entry, but the footage was put on Jay's computer by TTA. Alex had the chest-cam at the time. I think that maybe, prior to the death of Bruce, Alex was, for lack of a better term, something of an Operator proxy. I think that in this video, he's gotten briefly free of the Operator, finds himself in the woods with a hazy sense that something bad happened at the tunnel. He goes there, finds evidence of his crime, realizes what's going on, and then the Operator gets to him again. After that, it's an open question as to how much of Alex's antagonism toward Jay is Operator influenced, and how much is him trying to cover up the murder.

As for TTA's role, the mystery is how he would have gotten the footage and how he would have gotten it onto Jay's computer. TTA, though, has posted mysteriously obtained footage before, and he's also hacked Jay's accounts before. TTA has shown those skills, so I attribute the video to him.

Now, as I mentioned, these things remain mysteries. I've outlined my working theories, but I'm not convinced about anything yet. I do think that these mysteries are so small that they'll probably turn out to be irrelevant.

By the way, if you want to be a stickler, there's a thread for these kinds of unanswered questions here. Anyway, welcome to the forum.
