Those are quite different from the first ones and definitely seem like they fit together. I'm hoping this turns into a game, I'm sad for missing ILB.

It's really strange right? Also the number 5 flashes for a second when it shows "#evilawakens" Not sure what this means though.

Halo Waypoint has been super on top of this so far. More hidden text in bulletins, and according to them the xbox fan page on Facebook has had some funky things going on with its top bar image, and another symbol was found. Fark, let me just link the thread there:

I hope this turns out as big as ILB... I've always been sad at myself for missing out on ILB and TDK and the big ones that are funded and stuff that keep getting mentioned by the veterans, instead of all the grassroot ones I keep finding. At the very least, I hope it turns into /something/.

I've added the 4th symbol to the wiki page. And yeah, they likely fit together. Doesn't look like any of the 4 pieces fit with each other yet though.
And again, it's unlikely this will be an ARG, let alone as big as ILB. More viral marketing; and, the codes are likely for a hidden thing to unlock at HaloWaypoint.com using the hidden terminal and FR symbols, the order based on the putting the pieces in the correct 'puzzle' order

Should also be noted, in the Butterfly video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4QlL2Vbd0-M&feature=g-u-u), 11 is hidden instead of a 5.

If a 12 pops up in another video I'm going to suspect a huge, awesome midnight release party somewhere. Coordinates to be revealed in a Waypoint Terminal video accessed via the code being found.
