 		I think the camera is on the Ark side of the tunnel because of the presence of water. And the flash of Jessica means that she is there. Possibly even imprisoned, underneath the water...
We have to convince Jay to get his hands on some gillyweed.

There's nothing happening in the tunnel during the footage. Therefore it's not important when it was shot. Even if another TTA video came out with footage from that angle of something important, we probably wouldn't be able to confirm that it was from the same shot. For now, though, there's nothing going on here. It was shot either before or after Jay & Tim went there, at any time at which nothing was happening. It wouldn't be surprising if TTA had a little stock footage of that place lying around, nor would it be surprising if he walked out there and shot it while making the video. Unless we're trying to discern the production habits of TTA, I don't think there's any insight to be found on this line of inquiry. But, hey, nothing wrong with being thorough.

On a different question, I must say that I don't believe any of the theories that are heavily influenced by the supposed significance of the water imagery. If the water in those videos is anything, it's merely imagery. A motif. A stylistic choice. I can't remember anything ever suggesting that the water is meant to convey some message or clue in particular. I think that the reason that water ends up in so many of these videos is that it's fun to shoot and easy to make look cool. Water, with the right sound editing, can be surreal or even alien if it's shot and edited well. I think that's all it is. It has symbolic significance in the poetic or literary sense, but I don't think there is any message there from TTA at this point.

 		Wait, wait, wait, we're still talking about time travel? As much as I want them to implement it into the series, I doubt they will. And if they do, how are they going to explain the paradoxes of Tim going back to 1985 and narrowly avoiding having sex with his mother?

Maybe Alex got a Delorean and Slendy is just looking for a Flux capacitor. Obviously Tim is masky trying to stop himself from going with Alex into the past where he will met his mother.

Idk about any of you, but I would classify it as both hot and a little nauseating. Just like all relations I have.
