 		I've sent off a dozen emails that did not bounce back and have not got anything back. There's a bunch of folks that are going to get request for nebo gate code and are going to be confused. heh.


seriously though, I wish I knew what i'm missing...

We accidentally the whole gate. Is this bad?

Come on, people.. we have to get cracking with this. Nebo Gate is still locked and there is a countdown for "Imminent system wide failure" that will happen in less than four days. Are we going to yield and lose this one out? I think not!

If we can't crack it by ourselves, we have to get outside help. Try to recruit some of the masterminds of the previous episodes or other ARG:s, since the few of us writing on this thread are clearly dumbfounded.

There must be some obvious connection we have missed... or then something not-so-obvious, but I've tried everything I've come up with and with no luck. I will happily accept ANY help I can get here.

If we can't figure out the correct address to send mail to, we have to do this a different way. If we can't succeed playing by the rules, we need to break them. Brute-force the gate if nothing else helps. And I mean with a gatecrasher. Can somebody use password-cracking programs? We know it's only 5 letters/numbers long, so it should be quite easy to break.

Search the source codes of the pages for any pointers, Think of crazy things to do, BUT DON'T GIVE UP NOW!

that is a 10 letter word. This could have been the e-mail address we were supposed to figure out.

agent DOT XXXXXXXXXX splat gmail DOT com

-edit-edit- by the way, don't the extra names before a dot and the regular e-mail address do nothing on gmail but go to the normal name? So in this case, agent is a clue and it could mean a chemical agent in the admiral duncan bombings...

gmail ignores the period. So agent.xxxx is agentxxxx

email addresses can contain periods. My personal one does. May be a clue but it's also part of the address.

She calls herself Qadhos and as far as I can tell you must "persuade" her to give you the password by making an "intelligent argument" as to why you want it. Besides that, she tells me her favorite book is The Silver Key, her favorite movie is Serenity, and she keeps repeating "you should start with the second gate."

As soon as i saw "second gate" my friend mentioned http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Art_of_Dreaming

in the movie, serenity, river tam was crazy. her dreams were overwhelmed with thoughts, emotions, snapshots, ... things not of her mind.

she had a trigger to unlock her memories - like a key

and the second gate there says

"2nd Gate of Dreaming (utilizing the dreaming body): Arrived at when one's dream objects start changing into something else. Solved when one is able to isolate a Scout and follow it to the realm of Inorganic Beings. Crossed when one is able to fall asleep without losing consciousness. It is also referred to the activity of dreaming together with other practitioners. Location in the body – in the inside area of the calf."

also searching for "river tam mercury" comes up with http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Albatross_(metaphor) and as the last bit was about a ship....


Im new to this particular brand of ARG so excuse me if im being really far fetched Razz
