Looks like we're supposed to figure out a date (among other things). I took a look at the morse-like code on the outer ring and noticed that it uses dots and dashes, like the Mayan number system, where dot=1 and dash=5. Ignoring the first dash in each cell, the numbers are (starting from the top cell, going clockwise):

12,5,14,17,15,16,11,12,12(?),4,1(?), 15,5,19,15,15,16,11,12,8,11,3,11,10,15,16,11

Mayan dates are in the format ##.##.##.##.##, so starting from the first number, we have 12.3.14.17.15 which corresponds to January 21st, 1732 Smile OK so maybe I'm off but there's a date in there somewhere.

Edit: I used this site for the Mayan-Gregorian date conversion

If you are looking for dates around today (+-1000 years) you should try dates with the first number around 11-13.

I've tried but couldn't find good combinations, but most probably I wasn't looking hard enough.

ROT 25 -> irustopphysivsstoplogonstop

add some spaces -> iru stop physivs stop logon stop

probably made a mistake somewhere but it's close enough, probably meant to say "nru stop physics stop logon stop"

leads to http://www.nru.us/physics/logon.html (i believe the image on this logon page is a mayan sunstone http://www.ambergriscaye.com/earlyhistory/art/sunstone.gif)

the inside rings prolly give one or more logon/password combinations

i didn't use a login to find the sunstone picture. i googled it and compared it to the one used as background on the new logon page. the partial solve only brings me to the new logon page, havent solved the rest yet which i believe will yield at least one logon/password combo...

 		Should have said this last time, but a belated hello - been lurking here since the end of MU, and I think I've finally caught up on some of what's going on here Shocked

I've been thinking the same about user/pass combinations, and I've been using this Hebrew dictionary to try for a translation, but it's close to midnight here and my brain's given up for the night... Hopefully I'll come back in the morning to find this solved...

 		one step closer i think:

the inner ring, starting with the square just to the left of 12o'clock, going clockwise, is the hebrew alphabet in order.

the 2nd, 3rd and 4th rings, starting with where scales/libra is, going counter-clockwise are the hebrew alphabet in order as well (going counterclockwise). some of the letters are blocked by the zodiac symbols. I believe these are the letters which are significant.

I think spotting this pattern is a significant step to the solve. More to come...
