Looking at it again, and keeping in mind that my spanish is real rusty, it could mean the following:

ELL might be "English Language Learner"

It looks like it's just somebody who speaks Spanish, not a trailhead, and you should probably remove the number from OP so he doesn't get spammed

That is just a very (extremely) poorly written text in Spanish that roughly translates to "Hi, my name is Elvia (I'm guessing she meant "Elvira"). Talk to me, Manu (as in "Manuel") told me to talk to you, I'm waiting for your call, I'm here with him".

So, probably nothing.
