 		Yep, cloves = tapho = Outcast in my opinion.

Can you help clarify something. Am I correct in thinking that the Outcast could have been joined but are not and show similar longevity?

And the empire claim Ghouls have left the dreamlands and are in these lands?

 		That particular PW took really mad skillz. Very Happy Hope BH becomes aware of Nine's evident dangers although maybe its use heightens his awareness of being watched.

Update: Message from Control & a Lab Console Code. The fantograph in the Evidence Desk contains 4 ciphers (?dettoxic:part of a key?) & the 3 images listed below:

1) USS Enterprise (the world's first nuclear-powered aircraft carrier)
2) Rotavirus particles (causes severe Diarrhea in children)
3) A Paul Delaroche print of his painting "Moses in the Bulrushes" (He is also known as Hippolyte Delaroche)

ETA: Am sorta wondering if these 3 images aren't saying: the virus is imprinted in the cell nucleus of the carrier who is a foster-child? Someone like Mr. Behind?

The introduction of STDs into the world's populace was originally a bid at population control, of course our methods at the time proved to be less than exact and we have had history of failure in this department. I believe the original (before my time on the project) reasoning that STDs could be used for viruses that couldn't exist outside the human body and also had higher mutation rate thereby making them far more effective against the non-joined human populace. Whilst there have been some successes the original method for population control is a complete bust since STDs do not have a higher enough infection rate because those that do become infected rarely live long enough to pass on the infection. Our early attempts proved better for infection but less so for death rates. We have hopes on creating a new virus in the new zero-gravity environments afforded to us by the use of cavorite ships. Ideally we want a virus that we can turn on and off as required. It is possible that the Component Field will allow us complete control over any given virus thereby enabling us to use a targeting method so exact that we could eliminate a single cell, group of cells or persons with brown eyes for instance. We could easily eliminate the ones that have proved immune to the field and remove them from the gene pool entirely and breed for complete compliance. With the effects of Pollution Interference to contend with, the chance to breed for greater connection the field would make our lives so much simpler.
