As much as I love seeing what exactly the teleportation does to you, why now?
Why, after 65+ entries, are we finally being shown what the Operator does to people, sort of? Any other times we've been close to finding it out, the cameras have broken, or a sizeable chunk of their memories have been erased, or we just simply haven't seen it. Why is it this time we got to see where you go?

I get that, from a writing/ directing standpoint it makes sense to hold off on this sort of thing till you're nearing the end, but what about in-universe?

I just saw it.

Tim gets Slender-Ported to several locations, comes across a body that looks like him, goes back to the hospital and has a mental/emotional breakdown and a slight drug overdose.
Tim then calls Jay to meet him, and they agree they must go back to the hospital.

And also, while Tim was in the hospital, he was in a room and kept pointing at a doorway in the corner and was yelling "He came from there!"

Looks like they're gonna go into that doorway.

Because a GoPro can survive the trip through a torturous pocket dimension.
Also do you think Jay got this kind of treatment too when he tackled Oppy?

I just saw it! I had to wait on my 13-yr old daughter to wake the hell up today, but oh my god it was worth it!
I will probably form more opinions once I've watched it again and again Smile
We felt SOOOOO badly for Tim! I truly hope he's not dead, but it did look like the camera was beating with his heart and then it stopped Crying or Very sad

Tim going insane in the hospital reminded me of the end of Deus EX: HR.

Almost certain that Tim bringing Jay to the hospital again is a trap. He's probably planning to kill him with a metal pipe the same way he was hitting that wall with "He is a liar". Which brings me to another point, since Tim was mad at the writings on the wall, perhaps Hoodie and him aren't in friendly term. (Probably been mentionned in other videos, but I'm having a blank)

Hopefully, we'll hear from Alex soon.

I raise you this question: Why not?

Trosephim is smart emough to realize that our imagination it's not enough to scare us anymore. Finding The Operator behind some bushes far away after a second watch is not scary anymore. So they don't rely on imagination anymore. There's no more Waldo effect and they blutatly show us the horrors of Slender-abduction.

And that evolve on the series is what makes them so great. A couple of young boys through a YouTube series have more sense of development than most of horror movies, to make an almost cliche example, which just show us the killer and the guts and the blood in the beggining. It's a little like Spielberg did with the first Shark; first let them imagine the monster, and then they'll be scared of a stupid and fake-looking plastic prop. I see Marble Hornets as the master of that resource, even better than that movie itself.

EDIT: if you were asking about an in-universe explanation, I find that useless. The could have Applied Phlebotinum, but that would only make us say it's a crappy excuse. And if you really want an in-universe explanation, I'll give it to you: The Operator. We are talking about an Eldritch Abomination, with all those skills and characteristics we all know, which is able to teleport other people and himself, so you want an explanation about why the camera works this time?
So once again, it's unnecesary to find an explanation.

This is kind of off-topic to this Entry, but could be relevant overall.

I'm starting to think there's a third proxy. It seems that Marble Hornets began a whole "introduce new proxies each season" with the debut of Hoody in season 2. It would at least explain the Hoody in "Isolation" that has a different-colored hoodie. Maybe Totheark is run by this third hooded man; I mean, it's not too much of a stretch to suggest that it isn't the Hoody we know, because before season 2, everyone (Jay included!) though Masky was Totheark alone.

I'm not sure how I'd feel about that. I was under the impression a while ago that Hoody was Brian, but if that's the case, who would this third proxy be? Seth? Alex? Sarah?

This is all speculation, of course, nothing to confirm.

All I'm worried about at this point is seeing what's behind the door that Tim was tearing himself to shreds over.

Unrelated to this: The view of the barn that appears at around 1:54 could not have been taken by Tim in Entry #64, because he never went to that part of the barn. Someone else must have taken this footage, and they took it with the chestcam (the beams are distorted by the wide angle lens) rather than editing it in somehow. Or it's a continuity error.

I don't want to be 'that guy', but there's also the possibility that in Jay's editing of #64 for time/content, he simply cut the part where Tim investigates the opposite side of the room. There's a clear jump from Jay and Tim eyeballing the holes in the roof to Jay looking outside from the other side of the room, so it's not one continuous shot.

I'm guessing the water is just a way to snap out of the Operator's claws, it might be weird, but do you guys remember Constantine, when Keanu Reeves explains that the water is the universal connector or something? I kinda got that kind of vibe after watching the video for the second time.

Maybe the water is one way to get out and get in, but that's just me, i may be wrong tho...

I'm also surprised that no one got the idea to use fire or attack him with fire, since he is coming from the woods the first thing i would think is to burn that specific tree.

Do i smell a TTA entry soon?

Yeah this entry has a lot of parallels to entry 23. The sudden shift to night time, being teleported to the abandoned hospital (although Jay ended up in the basement, not the annex) and the general sense of space/time fuckery.

This might be a bit of a stretch, but when Tim was wondering where "it" is, could he have been talking about that slenderdoll? ...Yeah that's a bit of a stretch.

Also, I just noticed, the way the graffiti is written is very odd. HE IS A Liar Follow ME Why are some words in all capitals an others not? Why is liar underlined?

Another thing with the assaulting graffiti scene, doesn't it look like Tim is specifically hitting the "he" part of it? Might just be coincidence though

I asked a similar question about the writing and it is from a previous entry, entry 60 I think, that Hoody wrote for Jay.

I agree the hitting of the letters does seem to signify that Tim is against Hoody, but we still have strong evidence to suggest that Masky is alligned with Hoody.

Wild speculation, the Operator could have been Tim's "doctor" while in the hospital as a kid

I am unclear about how Tim said he "doesn't remember anything" but all of a sudden he remembers that he has to show something to Jay in the hospital? I either think he remembers what happened fully, he remembers slightly and being at the hosptial kind of jogged his memory, or he watched the video before giving it to him. I think the first two, and I think he knows more than he is leading on.

I don't know whether or not he will betray Jay, but whatever he wants to show Jay is obviously important. I don't think he is lying to him about that.

The Entry # escapes me, but didn't Alex pretty do the same thing to Jay in Rosswood, trying to get him near those trees? Seems awful foreboding to me.
