I had that feeling too. I'm guessing it was due to the lack of information in the video - Jay didn't introduce it like most entries. Not that it's a bad thing, it just gave me the impression that it wasnt Jay who edited/uploaded it.

But I'm sure this has no meaning at all lol it was just a different entry, nothing much

He's A Liar

has anyone noticed that that the message "He's A Liar" is written on the same wall that Brian was standing in front of when he said "what's this part supposed to mean?" in Entry 51? Coincidence?
Also, who do you think the liar is?

Probably TO, it had the symbol on the filefolder from Entry #60, along with 'LIAR' in bold. Although it might also be Tim, since they /were/ his medical documents.

Also, hi.

I should explain that i was thinking that the message could be aimed at Tim not Jay, i.e. telling Tim that Jay is a liar, because we know from past experience that Jay has a tendency to withhold information on occasion.

Totheark thinks everyone is a liar.

Also, I was wondering if that Totheark was telling that to the characters in Marble Hornets or directly talking to the audience, since we know from Entry 59 that the Marble Hornets universe is supposed be part of the actual universe.

My bad, quoted the wrong post.

But again, he also had the memory lapse for 7 months. If anything is being withheld it could simply be that to blame.

i was referencing Entry 19 were Jay actually told us that he told us that he hadn't told us that he had been filming himself, but also the fact that he must have received hundreds of tapes from Alex when he left Jay the tapes. Who knows what was on those tapes. Also, there is the possibility that Totheark doesn't know the full extent of Jay's memory lapse, so could be assuming that Jay is lying.

Oh, alright. But he also said he wasnt checking the tapes himself because nothing of note happened. And on Alex leaving hundreds of tapes, I'm no expert on these things, but, if he did, is it really worth going though AND posting every think he finds on youtube? To me that just seems far too time consuming.

I guess this bears repeating:

My impression is that Totheark uses the literal definition of "liar," "one who says things that aren't true." To him, it doesn't matter if it's out of ignorance, you're still lying. That's why he says there are "Liars everywhere."

Which is a bit hypocritical, coming from the guy who wears a mask & speaks in gibberish code No, wait, I was right the first time.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Just connecting a few dots on my own, I was thinking that if Masky's influence over Tim increases when TO is nearby, after going through TO's dimmension, he probably lost his control, which may mean that when Jay saw him and when he went to the hospital, he was more Masky than Tim.

The fact he always attacks Jay mindlessly when he sees him, makes me think that maybe when he's Masky, he's, to some degree, controlled by TO, and Hoodie may direct Masky's act into doing what he wants him to do, since he lacks control, and that maybe the masks themselves are a way to keep both hoodie and mask at bay with their sanity, when nearby TO.

Parting from all that, when we see Tim struggling to get at the door, he could've been trying to fight his Masky persona or even TO's influence, and it's possible that he could've even see right at the time (which could be supported by the theory Masky can't really see, but he "sees" through something else.), but instead, he could FEEL "it" was right there, and whatever was trying to take him over, wouldn't allow him to reach "it", even though he was scared and confused himself.

Either if he regained control after taking all the pills or not entirely, he most likely called Jay to the hospital so Jay could see "it" behind that door.

Also, afterwards when he got angry at seeing Hoodie's messages on the wall, I don't think it was because of their meaning at all, he was just angry because he remembered he's being controlled.

Since the theories were spreading wildly, I decided to post my train of thought, linking all the dots, to make sense of it all.

EDIT:

As a side note, even though that appearance of the tunnel on the right corner when Tim was drowning could just be a visual tearing from another frame of the recording, I got this wild thought right now that maybe the that pool is... Inside TO? And it pulls people inside it? Would explain how Tim went from drowning to running straight in the woods. That or he just passed the "dimensional barrier."

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
I also got thinking that maybe Tim's the one responsible for the hospital's fire, induced by TO. Just thinking a bit further.

Despite the fact that I love Tim, am I the only one who thinks he's gonna betray Jay on the next entry? In a, I'll-let-you-have-him-so-leave-me-alone-now kind of betrayal. Their meeting, and Tim's whole disposition seemed rather stiff, I don't know how to describe. Or maybe I'm just paranoid.

My point is shit's gonna go down the next entry.

This thought definitely went through my mind, but I feel like he's not angry enough for that--he's not acting like Alex did when he pulled it.

I feel this way too, we have seen Alex saying "come with me, I have something to show you" and this is happening again, Tim went to the hospital and seems to have finally said "Uncle" and will do whatever he heard someone telling him to do, next he says we have to get back to the hospital, forces him to go, just like he forced Jay to go before.
I wonder why Tim was so insistent though, before, as it appears that nothing went as Tim had hoped...or maybe TIm had to do that too. But why did he need Jay to go?

This video leaves a lot open to interpretation, I mean who knows what his state of mind was, you really can't make much sens of anything he does or says in it. I was more curious about how after being in that lake (or whatever) he is suddenly dry when he goes to his car.

Maybe the water didn't teleport with him?
