 		I can't get any translation program to read that memo. I've tried saving it in different forms, the works...and nothing. Ill try and translate it by hand later on tonight (3hours from now)

Edit got WordPerfect to recognize it. It needs some refining, but you can get the gist of the memo

 		So it seems as though those brits have a tough time blacking out their text. I was looking through an the article nominating pilots and was able to scroll over the text under the signature.
The text reads:
UKAC HIGH COMMAND LONDON SW1 0XS

Not that it really means anything, but if anyone wants to investigate the others feel free.. maybe we can get something out of it Smile

Edit: It also looks like the pan pacific site now links to the actual pdf/image files of all of the mechs and articles.. yay for investigation.
