Ghost in the Shell ARG?

Hey people, I haven't found the appropriate thread here, so TROUT me if you can.

Yesterday there was a strange video popped up in the internets:

In short: an exo-skeleton powered by a schoolgirl (here as sample of use). The producer of this so called "Powered Jacket" is Sagawa Electronics Inc.

They also did a Manga manual about their technology. But the whole thing sounds like another thread.

Actually, Sagawa Electronics hat its appearance in the TV-Series for "Ghost in the Shell".

But I suppose, its roots are in Ghost in the Shell universe.

So can it be a viral for Ghost in the shell?

In Japan there is running new cineastic series of Ghost in the Shell. Perhaps for this one? (I'm huge fan of GitS, but the newest series seems to be a little bit lame and are sponsored by Microsoft Surface [*meh*]. But anyway, a GitS-ARG would be awesome.
