This is probably the best description at this point. People think "Oh, I can do A WHOLE FANDUB OR SONG COVER, AND IM ALLOWED TO USE IT AS LONG AS I PUT THE FAYURE YUUUUSE CLAWSE IN DERE?!" and I'm like :headdesk:

They are attempting to shut down our fan-backed feature-film project, "Chronicles Of The Slender Man: Der Ritter". Of course not. In no way shape or form are we trying to copyright it. We've opened up the entire film-making process of our project to the community. It's theirs as much as it is ours.
