Unintentional Slenderman Sightings in Non-mythos Shows This is from the 100th episode of How I Met Your Mother. It's Barney's song "Nothing Suits Me Like a Suit."
As it goes on, Barney sings the line "Wingman I can wear, it's oh so debonair," and SLENDERMAN IS CLEARLY VISIBLE IN THE BACKGROUND.
(Apparently, you can see him in the preview shot before you even press play, as well.)

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Yes, I know it's not really Slenderman, that's what I mean by unintentional. It looks like him, and THAT'S THE POINT.
Has anyone else seen anything like this? If so, feel free to share it. This one amused me.

On a related note, that was a good find. I don't understand why they had to include that though. Probably to just play on the whole suit thing.[/img]

Sapphire & Steel featured a faceless man who represented every person left out of every photograph ever taken (if you don't know the show, this was pretty normal for 80s Brit sci-fi). But he had a hat. It was sent up quite nicely in Doctor Terrible's House Of Horrible in the 00s.
And then there's this:

I always wonder where you find this stuff.
Also, thinking about it, would the Autons in the first episode of the Doctor Who relaunch be considered an accidental Trender Man sighting?

Honestly, I think their faces have too much detail to count. However, the silence could definitely be an unintentional Slender Man.

British television, is the short answer.

If it's not slenderman, how is it an unintentional sighting? That's called misidentification.

There's also The Idiot's Lantern, where people's faces were getting stolen by malicious electronics. One of the faceless extras was even wearing a suit iirc.

Yeah, I'd be more impressed at a legitimate Slenderman thing just popping up in the background of something completely unrelated. It's not likely to happen, but that's what would make it impressive.

So, holy freaking shit right here guys.
The sound effect heard at 0:44 in this video, is the exact same sound effect used at 10:30 in this TribeTwelve video:

Whoa, nice find dude. I wonder if there's any bigger reason for the noise being included in the video, other than it being a great sound effect.

I don't think I can agree on that. Saying that the Autons have "too much detail" (when in "Rose" they were nothing more than manikins) and then suggesting the Silence kind of...confuses me.
