I'm starting to think that it was some sort of side channel for CaughtNotSleeping, because I know that the same phrase was mentioned sometime in the series.

Honestly, I highly doubt that. The CNS creators aren't one to abandon something like this.

Again, the only video is from 2011. We don't even know if this is slendy related or not.

Well, a few things here.
1st off: That seems to be Roivas code, which we should not rely on as the one source of code since we aren't even sure if it's CNS yet.
2nd: Even if it is CNS, it probably isn't Roivas code because it isn't roivas
and 3rd: Even if it is Roivas code, your roivas code is reversed. The real translation would be 9=R, 17=J, 6=U, which still means nothing.

 		Could be it was done as a joke. When you get right down to it, without a plot, this video was just meaningless pan shots, filtered sound & code for the Hell of it, & random shots to Slenderman doing something weird with heavy distortion. Three things most likely to show up in a Slenderparody, next to "Gimme 20 Dollaz."

 		sure as hell isnt cns. wrong distortion types for it, for a start. wrong types of code and beyond all...not high enough quality

 		Who is Shannon?
A while ago, I stumbled across a YouTube channel called "RealShiloh". In the first video, this guy named Shiloh starts talking about
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
how he woke up one morning, and he found a bunch of pictures in an envelope.
I was pretty confused, because he wasn't really talking about what is going on. But sometime in the video,
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
he mentions someone named Shannon. Shiloh apparently has a connection to her, and she apparently has a connection to everything else.
I'm just wondering if anyone knows of a blog or a YouTube channel who is run by someone named Shannon, who might have a connection to Shiloh.
