Collaboration+Wiki software, any recs?

What would be the best open source online collaboration software that includes a wiki component? I'm particularly interested in online collaboration that includes synchronous communication, at least chat if not webcam conferencing. Standard collaboration features such as calendar need to be included. What about Vyew? It looks pretty good.

I like Basecamp, but it's not OSS.

If you're going for OSS, you can't beat MediaWiki for wikis.

...unless your hosting provider has an unwritten rule limiting cpu usage. Mediawiki is a CPU hog. Powerful, and IMO the best wiki, but it's not cpu friendly.

wiki list with comparison tool

I know this is an older thread... But I've recently discovered TikiWiki. It is really awesome. I don't know of anything you could think of that it doesn't do! TikiWiki
Here's a list of the Features.

Here is a site with a HUGE listing of wikis, with a tool to compare them to each other so you can decide what you want..

becasay them

I'm not familiar with Vyew, to be honest, but I've been using a company called RHUB for my online collaborations. It's not software; it's an appliance. That one device does everything I need.
