Prior to surveillance, that Jessica was still alive. I think "Surveillance" proved this theory.

Current crazy theories that may or may not be true due to huge interpretations:
Amy's Alive

Totheark found a way to be immune to the Operator's presence.

Masky was secretly attracted to Jay (hence watching him sleep at night) however, after a long talk with Slenderman at the house, the Operator convinced him to look elsewhere. Masky, unable to wrestle with his feelings for Jay while respecting the Operator's decides to try to fight his persona and help Jay get to the bottom all this (and secretly hoping Jay reciprocates his feelings).

 		Alex is still in the process of making Marble Hornets, only since 2009 he shifted to some sadistic reality TV subgenre which consists of him screwing around with his "friends".

Alternatively: Alex is a psychopath who's into really kinky sex (with peculiar roleplaying) and all the videos he makes, including those of TTA, are his attempts at dating videos. I was going to recut a few videos at some point to make this happen, but never got around to it. All it would take would be to edit Jay's text to tell a different story. It would make Entry #35 hilarious and disturbing all at the same time.
