You can see it in blurry form in the thumbnail of the video, but much more clearly in the video.

It looks like some sort of Zombie Girl, which is, like, the most horrible thing that could happen for me (psychologically scarring incident involving zombies when I was 8. Don't ask).

 		I second the idea of creepy girl being Izzy. As for this most recent video, definitely suspicious of Kyle. He seemed distracted the whole video though, he'd clearly been thinking constantly about the journal and whether or not to read it. It could be that he decided making a decision either way was a better option than being undecided on whether or not to read the journal. So, he made a stand in support of leaving the journal be, and soon after, still pretty on the fence despite going off on Joel and Brody about it, changed his mind.

Alternatively, he changed his mind because they already read it, so there was no point in not reading it again. In a kind of "the damage is done" sense. They already read it, so whatever terrible consequences that would have could happen anyway, so there's no harm in reading it again and reading it when not plastered might let them actually remember something useful.

A photo of theirs was shared by an account I follow earlier this evening.

According to their accounts a new video should be coming soon. And the photo that was shared of theirs was pretty awesome.
